The oral surgeon told me that he'd conduct surgery in a week, but I got a slot sooner. When I arrived, not only did the oral surgeon attempt the same procedure and fail because of the pain caused on that region, he tried to charge me twice as much as these guys. Meanwhile with the yanking, crushing, and poking, I now have triple the pain in the region then I did before. Never take recommendations from these people, they don't have a clue, and they won't help you. They will attempt to cast you on their friends in this 'dental cartel' to extract your wealth and leave you miserable. I remain in grave pain.

When he went in a few months later for regular cleaning, he was told that he had used up all his coverage for the year, because of the previous work. When I told them we had actually paid out for the work, they realized that they had charged another patient's work against our plan. Wow! Then a few months ago we received several notifications from our provider about "work having been done". The clinic was quick to say it was for pre-approval of cleaning. I don't know who helped me, I believe it was the woman on the left of your staff photo, but she was incredibly nice and very comforting. I was getting a filling, which was something I was really scared about, but it ended up being great! They had a TV on the ceiling, which was pretty cool, and she handed me headphones, which weren't heavy military-grade nuclear test listening headphones, but some nice light ones that still allowed me to feel as if I was still a person in the room. I had no idea it existed, but there's a little coat you can get put around the cavity, which made me incredibly relieved, as i'm always anxious about the drill hitting my tongue or gum. The dentist was really friendly too, and finished the procedure really quickly. I'm happy to say I'll be coming here again!

Dr. Bittner has been the specialist that , over the last five years, has managed to save a number of my teeth that were ruined by 20 years of hack dentists who I should never have allowed to try to root canal my teeth. My regular dentist, who I love, and who does all my regular dental stuff, doesn't even try to do my Endodontics... I just go to Bittner. The office team here is fantastic, such nice people, and very efficient and caring. The technology they have is unbelievable, and Dr. Bittner himself is so great. His expertise is second to none, and his bedside manner is reassuring friendly and helps so much if you are at all nervous of dental work. He tells the worst jokes... ever... be warned... seriously. Terrible lame jokes, and I love it. He is a nice man and not arrogant. Just for perspective, I have had so much dental work in my life, nasty invasive, painful abscess type stuff that I don't get nervous for any reason. I fall asleep with a drill running in my mouth... but I know some people still are freaked. I was referred by my dentist for a previous root canal that became infected. The team at Langley Endodontics was beyond professional and outlined the treatment option in detail. Everything about the procedure was explained ahead of time, I was given appropriate medications for pain management and the staff was beyond lovely. Everything wrapped up in just over an hour. I was sent home with a phenomenal care package and steps for check up in 1 year. Dr Conn and his assistant Emily were fabulous and I am in no pain hours after the freezing is out. Highly recommend to anyone in need of complex dental procedures!
