When the call was made a very mean grumpy miserable old man had answered the phone and in a very angry voice said "this is the meat department ! You should be calling the main store line !" I told him this was the main number on the website that given. If this is not the number can you transfer me? He said " NO !" With that the man hung up on me. Most of their products are frozen. I've been having DD Poultry chicken for over a year now and they have the JUICIEST chicken. We had a BBQ over the summer where one of my aunts exclaimed how unbelievably juicy the chicken breast was, and then a few minutes later, my second aunt said the same thing. Five minutes after that, my third aunt also said the chicken was super juicy. They were referring to DD Poultry's lemon pepper marinated chicken breasts. They're $20/box and the box has 10 chicken breasts in it (1.4kg ish). I breaded these and threw them in my air fryer a couple days ago. They still came out super juicy. I was very impressed. I also like to have boxes of their marinated boneless chicken leg meat in my freezer. These come in flavors like Greek and Jerk and they make meal prep super easy. Don't forget their tzatziki and their pitas! This sounds really weird. I know. Go to a chicken place and get tzatziki and pitas. Their pitas come frozen and they too reheat super nicely. Toast 'em right and they'll be crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. I like to make my DD chicken, add some pita wedges and tzatziki and some of whatever veg I have on hand and that's a meal! Super simple.

This has made life so much easier because I can just buy online (which I'm used to doing already) and pay for everything. The prices for the different chicken cuts were very reasonable, and I guess it's because you would be buying directly from them. We got some free-range chicken for my mom to make some congee, as well as some frozen chicken wings. They do sell their frozen chicken wings and fresh chicken breast in "bulk" (which is around 10-11lbs), but that's okay. We're a decently sized family and whatever we don't finish, we freeze and it's been working out great. At first, I didn't think 10lbs was actually that much but once I got it, holy. 10lbs is a lot of food! Their unit cost for the chicken wings was like $3/lbs - you basically can't find that type of pricing in many places. The quality of the meat has also been great. I think it's even better than some of the supermarkets I buy from. That + a cheaper price and it's a no brainer. One thing to note is that it seems like you cannot just walk in and order what you need yet. All their orders are done online and you need to place the order 1 day in advance. It was okay for me, since I can place the day before and pick up at 9am when they open! I highly recommend purchasing from this local business and just testing it out.
