Then the second time I asked them to come back to clean the blinds plus window sills. They said they would and did not show up, saying that their kid has a fever and in the hospital. But communication was weak. Whatever fast forward to this time I've asked them to come clean the blinds and window sills, bc everyone deserves a second chance. They said they would but then ghosted me. Such horrible way to do business with and to grow your clientele. I was ready to give them 5-Star review on Yelp and Google after today's work. But this is the straw that broke the camel's back. I won't be using their service or contact them.
