I was leaving for vacation the next day so I asked them the next availability, the owner confirmed 2/12 Wednesday same time. When I got back from vacation and tried to call the owner on Tuesday, I was not able to reach him. On Wednesday 2/12 I tried to reach out to confirm but still not able to get ahold of him. I waited at the appointment time just in case but still they never show up. This is such a frustrating experience considering I wasted one week waiting for them and had to go find another company for the job.
