I had my carpets steam cleaned by Miracle Maids and I was very pleased with the results. My carpets look 10 years younger and the stains and discolorations are gone. Had the $635 "deep clean". What a joke. I have quite a bit of furniture. If there was any debris on anything, if it couldn't be picked up by a Swiffer, it didn't get picked up. Even our TV remote and remote caddy didn't get cleaned. For some reason they opened a rarely-used window behind a dresser and blinds. They apparently couldn't get it closed so they just left it and didn't tell me. So much for cooling that room for 3 days before I found it. They were terrible on my wood blinds. While cleaning, they left some of the slats upside down and off their tracks. What a hassle it is to get those back in place. I have 2 artificial plants that were never touched by a rag or a Swiffer. Shouldn't they at least be looked at? The cleaners may have worked in hotels but no experience in residential homes. I don't really blame the cleaners, I blame their training. Obviously, their trainer was too lazy to make sure they learned what they were taught. Too many more things to mention, suffice it to say it was a waste of $635. I spoke to the owner who said, "I'm sorry you feel that way. Our cleaners are thoroughly trained," blah, blah, blah. When I told her it wasn't worth all that money, she said, You knew how much the contract was and you signed it. I wish you had told me of the problems before our appointment. ?!?! What!?!? Would give 0 starts if I could. But then it goes to their in unrecommended reviews. Unfortunately this company does not understand or grasp the concept of clean. I found this company because they had great Google reviews. However, my experience was quite the opposite. I am a professional cleaner myself and did not have the time to clean my moms place for my own bridal shower. So we hired miracle maids. The booking process was easy and seamless, and Mandy is truly awesome and helpful! Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the owners of this company. Their team came out the first time, and performed a HORRIBLE job. They missed so many spots you almost couldn't tell they came out in the first place. Not to mention, they scratched our stove severely. So we called the next day (today), and they apologized and came out the same day. I was excited that at least it was going to be taken care of in time for the bridal shower. However, it wasn't. I wrote a very detailed and specific list of what was missed and the 'part owner' himself read the list. And then proceeded to do only about half of it. Maybe. Now my sisters also confirmed they talked about them the entire time in Spanish. Like did you not see our last name which is clearly Hispanic. I called the business to let them know how disappointing that was. And all I got was a run around, never taking responsibility for the damage done to the stove. Or the half donkey job done originally. They said "the time we spent there exceeded the amount you payed so". Meaning they're not going to fix or make it right. And I told her I would honestly be EMBARRASSED if this was my business. So I hope these photos help you to see the job they're actually capable of. The Miracle Maids were recommended to us by a friend, and perhaps they've had better luck with another team, but overall, my husband and I are VERY disappointed with our experience and the fact that we were not offered a partial refund for our subpar "deep cleaning." Pros: -Cleaned inside oven, fridge, and microwave well -Accommodated last minute ask of cleaning other rooms that were not accounted for during booking process Cons: -Team didn't speak English, so communication happened over phone through the owner. I think that having at least one person on site who speaks English would be helpful, so that homeowners can align on expectations with the team. -Online booking process had an asterisk * by "bedrooms" saying to include all rooms in this count. My husband missed this, so he didn't count his office and our detached ADU in the quote. When the owner told him this on the day of the cleaning, he told her to tell the team to prioritize deep cleaning the rest of the house that was in the quote thoroughly, and if there was time to do these other rooms, great, but if not, don't worry about it. As mentioned above, they accommodated all rooms, but we would have rather they were more thorough elsewhere. -This was supposedly a deep cleaning. However as shown in photos, baseboards weren't cleaned, air vents weren't dusted, photo frames on walls weren't dusted (many of which were eye level or could be reached by step ladder or standing on couch in socks), shelves in living room weren't dusted, windowsills weren't cleaned, bottom of fridge wasn't cleaned. These seem like pretty basic things to miss... -When my husband told the owner that we were disappointed by the "deep cleaning" that ended up only taking 3 women 2.5 hours and felt more like a basic cleaning (see photos below), the owner said the team would fix it "at the next cleaning." Next cleaning? We should NOT have to pay you more to fix YOUR mistake. Having worked in customer service for years, I can tell you that's NOT the way to gain customers and their trust. -We paid $570 for this deep cleaning, which feels like a total rip off; being a young family with two kids (including a brand new baby--that was the purpose of this cleaning), we wish we were offered at least a partial refund! As a contrast, we then hired a woman (who also owned her own company) who a different friend recommended, and for ~$200 less, she and her niece did an INCREDIBLE job deep cleaning our house for 4 hours--everything exceeded our expectations and they were so nice! read more

I was excited they got us booked quickly. I was disappointed to discover their idea of a deep clean/move out ready was nothing like my experience for deep clean. As a former cleaning person, I have experience with proper deep cleaning. I was told blinds, baseboards, windows, doors and cabinets would be done. It took a call for their return to get some of it done. They had a million excuses like "My house was too dirty". (We cleaned the night before so they could focus on the deep clean stuff). Booked the miracle maids to come clean a mattress and sofa that had been stained during moving. They were responsive and transparent with pricing, and on the day of service they kept me updated with arrival times. The cleaner was polite and efficient, and all the stains on the mattress and couch were removed! Would hire again for any needed carpet or upholstery cleaning. read more

I had the Miracle Maids out to get my home ready to host a family gathering. The scheduling process had changed since the last time I called/made an appointment, so that was frustrating. However the two people that came and cleaned my home did an excellent job. They were thorough, friendly, and quick. I was very satisfied with the work they had done. Don't Hire! Verbally abusive and out of control. Worse experience ever. In June 2021 I posted a review that Yelp did not publish. I will repost again. Again, June 2021 we moved into a short term rental. The house was apparently cleaned by The Miracle Maids before our move in date, but the house was so dirty - food on the floor, kitchen countertops, the cooking range was covered in grease, etc, that we demanded to have the house re-cleaned or we would not move in. The property management firm instructed The Miracle Maids to come out and reclean after inspecting the property and agreeing with us. The Miracle Maids team arrived and immediately the husband and co-owner started insulting me calling me "Mr Rockefeller" (don't know why) and raising his voice towards my wife and said my wife was clapping her hands at him (???). He started to take off his wearable vacuum and turned toward my wife aggressively. I stepped up to him and told him "You are leaving, NOW!" His yelling turned to screaming. His team of three women (who had a shocked look on their faces, walked outside on their own. I had my right hand on his vacuum pack and smeared him outside. He stood on my door step yelling non-sence, "you think your so eph'n (he used the creative adjectives) rich you are renting." I told him he was on Ring and being recorded. Very disappointed, the first two ladies that came were very nice but they did a terrible job. We called for them to come back the next day. Since they have customer 100% satisfaction policy. "When they "finished" the house did not look much different from the day before. They were quick to pack up and leave. While their equipment was already being loaded back into their car the owner then decided to ask if there was anything else we wanted them to clean all while telling his employees "let's go. Let's go!" I am now cleaning everything they failed to do. In addition to that they scratched up our new stove. When we told them they said they would have to do an investigation on it, even though we have never used anything abrasive on it. There was dust left over everywhere. You can tell they put in about 50% effort. My mom was a house cleaner for many years and my sister cleans million dollar homes in Seattle so we know how it should look. We booked their "service" because we do not have the time but we now see we should have just done it ourselves. Waist of our time and money. read more

Michelle was very responsive, she quickly gave an estimate for the job and helped me setup an appointment. Nicol and Edith from Michelle's team did a wonderful job deep cleaning our home. Both of them had masks and gloves on all the time that they were in the home and they arrived exactly at the given time. They vacuumed the carpet, mopped the floors, deep cleaned the bathrooms and dusted the entire house. They left the stovetop squeaky clean and shiny. Definitely recommend them! read more
