Go anywhere else if at all possible. The repairs on my car took over a week for a fender, hood and some other parts and a respray. While the paint looked OK they never finished putting everything back together and the charge lines to the inter-cooler popped loose on the way home. The didn't put all the screws back in the inner fender and didn't even clean all the blood and schmoo from the deer I hit off the engine compartment. They also broke some window trim and didn't fully install the door card. They missed a glob of weld and painted over it too. I called my insurance and complained and the body shop agree to fix it but to get it there I had to reattach the charge lines and tighten them to spec correctly. When I had a chance to speak to the manager he never once apologized for jacking up my repair and it took another week for them to fix it. They offered me NOTHING for my troubles not even an apology. They got the car mostly correct the second time except for the door card and I had to go back again later for the window trim. I am certainly not going to let these ham fisted gorrillas touch my car again to fix the door card though. I'll fix it myself before I'll let them touch it. I will never recommend these folks because not only did they make a mistake, which happens, they did NOTHING to make it right.A simply apology would have gone a long way to keeping me happy but they must have so much money they don't need me come back. Update almost a year later. I wanted to replace my fog lamps with amber ones and discovered that these gumps didn't even fully reinstall the drivers lamp. It was sitting loose in the socket. Honest to goodness I could not be any less happy. Can I change this to negative stars? They don't deserve a penny of anyone's money. This place is awful. This company never has any bad reviews because they delete them. Beware!! Poor quality work. Check your car before you leave, even check your parts they replace because chances are they used old parts on your car without telling you...or repaired what they claim they replace.... read more

I took my 2018 Honda Civic sport in for repairs and instead of them buying new parts they bent the strut back to as close to straight as possible I stead of replacing the part so it was constantly out of align and the alignment shop could not get it perfect. BE AWARE of this shop they use used parts and try to reuse bad parts on your car and still charge for new ones bad ownership also doesn't speak well to customers read more

My mothers car was recently repaired at the Calcutta shop. She was nervous about the process and the people at Crestview were outstanding. The front desk clerk. Im sorry i cant remember her name, was patient and very friendly. Aaron was who we dealt with and was so kind and took the time to explain to my mother the process of the repairs. When we picked up her car the work far exceeded our expectations. They even detailed it. A shop employee named Mike who brought our car to the front of the building even helped my mother from the lobby to her car and even transfer some things from her rental to her car. A true gentleman.
