When the service people got under the car they found several disturbing and dangerous things that required immediate attention. We were informed of the cost and given our options. The service department lady was more than patient, showed us the video from under our car and expressed deep concern for our safety. After considering what it would cost to repair it and what else would be coming along we decided to trade it on a new car. We ended up purchasing a Ford Escape and we had nothing but a stellar experience. Our sales person was Curt who was extremely helpful and kind and made us comfortable throughout the process. We found Joe to be more than nice and took all the time we needed to understand everything. The entire staff was friendly even when they thought we were just there for an oil change. We are very happy with our experience - even though it escalated quickly - and highly recommend Prestige Ford for excellent service and sales. Many thanks to everyone who helped us.
