However, I was not told upfront Heritage Dental was not in network. I proceeded to have treatment done. Then after receiving an outrageous bill, I called to inquire. I was then told they were not in network. I was also then told how very transparent and upfront they are with all patients about being out of network. This was not the case with me. If I knew that Heritage Dental was not in network, I would of went elsewhere. I have never been anywhere Dr, Dentist, Hospital when they run insurance prior to treatment that I wasn't made aware of being in or out of network.

Dr. Kratz and Dr. Jay Sadrinia have helped my husband with many dental issues and Angel, the office manager, has helped us so much with our billing and insurance issues.
