Upon first contact to well completion, they have been Rock Stars. This is a family owned business that is extremely customer focused. Randy was always available and forthright about what type well would be best for our property, including service for my house and irrigation system. We agreed on the well system, price and installation date and held our breath. We've never dealt with a well driller before and had no clue what to expect. As a matter of fact I told Premier Wells that I would be getting other quotes just to inform my decision. Premier encouraged that approach. That was a waste of time. Fast forward to today. Premier Wells predicted within a couple of days when the well would be complete, arrived the day they said, completed the job when they said they would, and charged me what we agreed to. David and crew drilled the well and every step of the way showed me progress (and even the historic sea shells coming out at 250 feet), along the way and tested the water at completion. They hooked our plumbing up including valves to switch between city water and well water (like that's gonna happen ) We couldn't be happier with the product and service we received from Premier Wells and wish them nothing but happiness and success in the future.
