Finally found a mechanic I can trust. His company took so good care of me I am completely amazed. The staff was super friendly, Alan the mechanic that worked on my RV, went over and above what I expected of any mechanic to do. He not only did things right, the first time, he checked things, that were overlooked for years. He always contacted me first, to clear any new maintenance that should be done. Will return to him with any auto problems that I ever encounter. Prices were average for the market, I feel I was treated very fairly, respectfully. read more

AMAZING! Everyone here is so kind, caring, compassionate, and professional! We had an emergency situation traveling through Florida where our trailer brakes caught on fire causing a huge issue with our brakes and axel. Auto Tech Inc was able to help us quickly get back on the road. Every step of the way everyone was so helpful explaining everything to us and making sure we were comfortable. The trailer issues were unfortunate but we are grateful things happened where they did so that we were able to be serviced by this amazing shop. Alan, Ashton, and their family at Mack's took incredibly good care of me during my unplanned stop here in Crestview for a blown ac compressor. While they were packed with pre-arranged appointments, they squeezed me in so that I could get back on the road and head home. It's rare these days to find a shop like this which genuinely cares for their customers, repairs what is needed, and truly lives what they believe. Took my car to get my radiator replaced at 8 they were done before 1. My second visit I had to get my oil leaked fixed plus get my broken dipstick out and they helped me figure out the best product to help with my engine wear, no more clouds of smoke from my muffler!!! Fast, super nice and the prices aren't bad. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!! read more

Our bus broke down on a 5 week tour and everyone here went out of their way to help us get back on the road! We were treated like family and felt at home waiting for the repair.
