The apartments are nice. The grounds are nice. The management is lacking. If you ever need anything…read moreyou are basically ignored and then gaslit. They ignore you and then when you start getting frustrated and more firm they act like they have been trying to help you all along but you didn't do this or you didn't do that even though you literally are doing what they told you to do. When I moved in there was still an eviction letter on the door from the last tenant. Multiple spaces were dirty. The washer smelled like wet clothes had been sitting in it and it had not been washed out. There was a spot of rotted wood by the shower in my second bathroom. In my drain of the master was a large clump of someone's hair. Fast forward to now just before I'm getting ready to move out- I have a major pest issue. Roaches coming out of the walls. I literally have had to plaster and tape over every single crack and crevice and hole to keep them from coming out of the wall and into my apartment at night. Staff told me that when pest control came during the day there was no sign of an active infestation so they can't help me. I've been up with no sleep for almost a month every night because I hate bugs and I don't want to not kill them and they get into my stuff and I can't get rid of them. And all the while they just really don't care. I put in a work order to ask for them to seal all the cracks. I had to email over and over again and finally they sent someone but because the roaches were coming in so quickly I had already sealed and taped off almost everywhere in the apartment. There are about 3 women who work in the office and for so many of them to work up there you'd think this place would run really efficiently- it doesn't. Place has potential but they need to live up to the luxury price you are paying. It's way too expensive for total lack of responsiveness. Beautiful property, wonderful apartment design, nice amenities, quiet and peaceful until you have an issue and then it's not. As long as you never have an issue you'll love it but the second you need the staff's assistance it turns into a literal nightmare.

Inspect Before You Rent - My Experience (April 2024) I have…read moredocumentation and receipts for everything mentioned below. I highly recommend thoroughly inspecting any unit if you decide to move in and speaking to current residents, if possible. When I moved into my apartment in April 2024, the unit had been vacant for months and had not been properly prepared (it is still vacant now and listed on the site). There was no pest control treatment done before my move-in. The manager shared they chose not to spray the interior prior to move in because "some tenants don't like commercial pest control." Only the exterior had been treated. Due to large holes in the window frames, my unit quickly became infested with spiders, crickets, and other pests. 3 of the windows did not lock at all and had to be repaired. At one point, crickets were falling from the ceiling--onto my child's head. After speaking with other residents, I learned this was a widespread problem. One neighbor told me she woke up with a cricket stuck to her head. Many tenants, including myself, had to pay the monthly pest control fee to the complex and buy additional pest control products out of pocket. These issues persisted for over a year. The tub had no caulk and the baseboard was not secured. Other major concerns: * Trash service: Residents are charged for valet trash service, but it is inconsistently picked up. Trash bins often overflow, and there are times you can't even access the dumpster. I have photos documenting this. * Safety: Within my first week, a vendor attempted to enter my apartment using a master key while my child was napping. I have video evidence of this. * Maintenance: My child's bedroom door was broken when we moved in. I had to place a chair against it to keep it from locking my child in by accident until the next business day. Even in the pool area, multiple residents shared they were dealing with serious insect infestations. This community is not being managed responsibly, and residents are left to absorb the cost--financially, emotionally, and in terms of safety. There is much more but I believe this is enough to help others make a decision living here.

Even after months of complaints they never escalated pest control. We also had mold growing in our apartment because of the decline to fix a leak that we had in our ceiling. We put in a ticket for water stains on the ceiling and the response we received was to just wait and see if it happened again, this led to mold growing inside the wall so they came and just cut out the wall and left the hole there until we moved out. The move out process was just as bad. They overcharge for everything and do not take into account and deposits or as they call them fees. I was charged over 200 to fill the holes where my tv was hung. Upon move in we paid a $375 "sure bond" and once we got a dog we also paid another $675 fee and a $25 monthly fee and once we got our final settlement, it showed we had paid $0 in deposits. I tried correcting this with the office and they said that it was correct that neither of these charges were deposits that would cover any of the damages in the apartment. While I was trying to question and clarify this the responses were very rude and dismissive. I had asked why the amounts I paid were not covering any of the damages and the exact response I received was "Let me know if you would like to set up a payment plan". I could not wait to be done with this complex and will make sure I am more picky about my next place of living.

unless you have no other options and are truly down on your luck in life...DO NOT LIVE HERE! rats,…read moreroaches, bedbugs. Maintenance NEVER comes to fix anything so your apartment will just continue to crumble and get worse. Management NEVER answers calls or emails and rarely on sight(they also change management OFTEN so the next person never knows what's going on and is always overwhelmed with backlogged issues). There is no longer consistent upkeep of the property. There were WEEKS of trash piled up for unexplained reasons. The people from the bar at the end of the block take up all the street parking. Windows don't open in some of the apartments(a safety HAZARD as well as a stuffy apartment). I experienced the absolute most hell at this property.

Rent prices are crazy high, the location is next a liquor store and another garbage apartment complex, and you'll still have to drive to be "downtown". EXPECT PESTS! Cockroaches to be exact; they spray once a week and you'll be lucky if you don't find dead roaches in your unit the next day. Water damage, foul odors, and amenities that don't even work are the best you can expect from this dump. Maintenance is the only saving grace about this cesspool. Do yourself a favor and don't give this dung pile, or this dung pile's manager, any money. ABSOLUTE DOG SHIT!
