I have people who don't even like turkey love my turkey. I have purchased from Bob's Butcher block. In looking at the reviews, I have never seen anyone handle meat and money without putting on and taking off gloves. They are very conscious about that. As far as meat being tough, that is a chef problem, not a cut of beef problem. If you are having problems with tough meat, it is most likely due to not understanding how different cuts of meat need to be prepared. Some need to be slow roasted, some need to be seared and left medium to medium rare. The staff are knowledgeable on how to cook the meat. There are also 1 million videos out there on YouTube on how to cook/slow cook/fry/roast/grill your meat.

All of the meat is shrink-wrapped and a lot of it is frozen. I bought some twice-baked potatoes, two huge stuffed chicken breasts (One mushroom and one broccoli cheddar), and a package of lemon-marinated chicken thighs for $40! The only one that I've eaten so far is the mushroom-stuffed chicken breast and it was really delicious. I'm looking forward to trying everything else in my freezer. They were super helpful about answering questions and giving cooking instructions. Since so much of their food is prepared it's a great place for people who don't cook.
