I was quoted a price over the phone and was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. They were thorough and quick. He let me know what was going on with the septic and pumped it out. Miller Septic was great, employees were kind and they were extremely quick! I called this morning to see if there was a way for them to check and see if our septic tank needed pumped. The women on the phone was very nice. She let me know I could pay a fee to have them come look but if it had been 3-5 years then it's best to just go ahead and get it pumped and we purchased our house in 2021 so it was definitely time. She asked if I was available today and said if so they'd call me when they're 15-30 minutes away. Great! The employee who came out gave me a call 15-20 minutes out, he arrived and got to work very quickly! I felt terrible, it was raining on him so hard the entire time but he was so kind when he finished and was in such a great mood for being down poured on while working. The price was the best around I found, and they had fantastic reviews so win-win! I will definitely be calling them for any future septic needs we have. Thanks guys! read more
