While I was getting the paper work settled he went so far as to tab ALL of the important information I'd need in the owners manual; from the break in period to the maintenance stuff in the back. He really went above and beyond, and I love my Breakout. The parts department is equally impressive. Didn't take long before I wanted to change some things to personalize my scooter. Rodney in parts is incredibly knowledgeable. When you are looking at replacing things he'll make sure you don't forget the gaskets and/snap rings that you may need to complete the job. While I primarily deal with Rodney all of the guys at the desk are awesome. I've also bought parts from Rudy, and he was great as well. These guys are either techs in a past life or they wrench on their own bikes. In my experience, they know their stuff. Finally, the service department. Fortunately, I haven't had to have much to do with service. Take care of your bike, and it'll take care of you. I did have the privilege of having the master tech, Allen work on a few things. I'm thoroughly impressed with how well he knows these machines. I can't speak on the negative reviews on here. Seems they were years in the past. I will say that if you are patient with folks they will be patient with you. Be courteous, and it'll come back on you.
