I spoke with a white male on the phone who stated he was in internet sales. He said he had two Metallic Gray ones on the lot for me to look at. We chatted for a moment and I indicated to him I was also looking at the Ford Ranger Raptor. After discussing my interest in performance trucks we set up a time to come into the dealership the next day at 11:00 a.m. for me to look at the Pro 4XR's he had in stock. The sales person said he would have the vehicle ready and moved to the front of the dealership by the time I got there, I immediately scheduled my entire day's activities around this appointment and today, June 2nd, drove the almost 40-mile trip to the Grainger Nissan in Savannah. Upon arrival I was met at the door by a black sales person....I believe his name was Wally. I explained to him why I was there. He seemed a bit confused, but invited me inside and eventually told me to wait while he went to "get the keys" for the vehicle in which I was interested. After waiting for several minutes Wally returned and told me that the vehicles in which I was interested was still on the transport truck in the back and had yet to be unloaded and prepped. He asked me to wait once more while he again departed and left me in the showroom. Wally eventually returned and this time apologetically informed me that they did not have any Nissan Frontier Pro 4XR's on their lot at all. He then told me that Pro 4XR's were special order only and were not usually stocked at dealerships. Of course I had done my homework and know this is certainly not true since there were an abundance of those vehicles on hand at other dealerships within driving distance. Bottom line, this was a completely wasted day....a complete waste of my time and money ....because of fraudulent information and misrepresentation provided me by Grainger Nissan of Savannah. I have purchased vehicles in the past from the Grainger family. In fact my current vehicle, a 2023 NIssan Frontier Pro 4X, was purchased from Grainger Nissan and I most recently purchased a 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring from Grainger Honda. To experience the kind of total failure I experienced from them today is unacceptable and most unprofessional. I will certainly take my auto buying business elsewhere.

It felt misleading and unprofessional. I came in expecting transparency and honesty, and instead the deal changed after the agreement was made. A customer should be able to trust that agreed-upon terms will be honored. Unfortunately, this experience wasted a lot of my time and left a bad impression.

I HOPE this review prevents anyone else having to experience this! I was there later in the day and for hours. Had a sales girl that had absolutely NO idea what she was doing and had her sales manager working with her the whole time to help because she was so lost. Went specifically to purchase the Armada and was told for hours we could and within the payment we wanted. Around 8pm that night the sales manager said it would be $250 more per month than originally stated, absolutely NOT! Wanted to leave and felt pressured into purchasing a 2026 Pathfinder that I expressed I did not want, but my fault I ended up doing so. I'm in sales and I expressed to EVERYONE that being hooked up to wifi and hotspot in the vehicle was a must! ( made this clear because the sales girl told me only people with AT&T could hook up to wifi) sales manager said she did not understand an you could hook up with any carrier. Again I made it clear that I absolutely needed this every day for my job!!! I was sent home, told come back the next day to get a detailing,Gas fill up and for them to show me how to use the infotainment center and make sure wifi was hooked up, because it was now 9 pm at night. Called, let my sales girl know I would be there in an hour and half the next day as told to do. Showed up, she walked right by me, never acknowledged me once. The sales manager saw me, took my keys,said he would have it detailed and 15 minutes later the detailing department brought my keys and car back to me,NOT DETAILED but ran through the car wash.I looked around for my sales team to be told they were both busy. I did not get any help or get done what was promised .Another girl came out to my car to help me set up my wifi to find out it would not hook up. I immediately told the sales manager I wanted to cancel this deal and wanted my old car back, it was not even 24 hours later and he told me I could not do that. He said he would try and help fix the wifi connection. I noticed other things not working. My apple car play voice texting and calls were not working correctly, the free satellite radio does not work, the radio sometimes does not work and the whole infotainment center turns off periodically. I called Nissan help number from my car and was escalated to tech support and told, THERE IS AN ONGOING ISSUE WITH ALL 2026 NISSAN PATHFINDERS INFOTAINMENT CENTER they have known about and do not know when there will be a fix for it. I have called and left many many messages at Nissan.The sales manager I had worked with completely stopped responding to me. I have requested 6 different times with different people and eft messages on their voicemail to have the General Manager call me. They have not til this day cared enough to give me a call back. The only person that has shown care to try and help is Nick,service manager, who contacted Nissan corporate to try and get help for me only to get an email back from them stating they know there is an ongoing issue with all 2026 Pathfinders infotainment systems not working and have no idea of a timeline on when these will be fixed. Thats it!! Still no call from GM or contact from anyone else. They sold the car and made their money and have not one care in the world how this affects their customer or affects my job. I asked several times to give the car back and get my old car back and they refuse. I called Ally bank who the loan is through. They advised that I have not made the 1st payment and it is not due for almost a month that I need to request Nissan to cancel the contract.Of course I cannot get anyone to call me back. Ally bank advised me on the number to call at cooperate Nissan to file a complaint on them and to let Ally know that they will not cancel the contract and Ally will file COMPLAINT AND HANDEL THE ISSUE as well. The bank was not happy to hear that they are selling cars to customers that are faulty and they know it and getting loans from them to sell them. I am hoping this helps anyone who reads the review and they do not purchase one of these faulty vehicles! I also think it funny that when someone leaves a review, they get a response to call this number to discuss the issue with you, however,THEY NEVER ANSWER YOU! And shame on you Nissan! If you have a GM who does not care enough about their customers to fix a situation, how do you expect the rest of your staff to care as well?
