When I called AT&T customer service to activate the modem they disconnected my cell phone service!!!! Suddenly I had no phone, no internet and did not know the area!!!! Fortunately I found the AT&T store and John got my phone and modem all working again the next day!!!! Thank you!!!

I received excellent service from John at this location today. I went in hoping to get a phone on a…read morepromo, but unfortunately they didn't have the phone in stock (phones with higher memory are typically ordered and sent by mail). Ultimately, since I needed the phone same day, I got one with less memory (bummer), but John patiently helped me consider all options, called several stores to check to see if they had the promo pione, etc. I can't say not a bit disappointed for waiting till last minute and missing out on a higher memory option (512mb versus 128), but here I am.

Had cable and was told if I switched to fiber, it would run better and be cheaper…read more... So untrue, been member over 30 years and last few years not sure what has changed but they are going down hill fast. Fiber goes out 2 to 6 times a month, have had techs come out and few days later same problem. I would give them a 1 star but they use to be good a few years back and such a shame they can't get it right. And if you call them out you will be charged a service fee $85+ what the heck!!!! Might be time to shop around for a better service such a shame :(
