I found out after I left that the activation hadn't completed and I was unable to accept imessages and facetimes. When my boyfriend returned this morning, he was greeted by a less kind woman with greyish blonde hair than the man we worked with prior, who told him she wouldn't be able to help because it was an Apple problem before even looking at the phone. In the process of explaining the situation, trying to receive any type of help, she told him to leave the store. Definitely won't be returning back to this location, even though it's the most convenient.

Went to the store to get a new phone. I have been an AT&T customer for over 15 years. I have never…read morebeen so ignored so badly by a business. The two employees there never even acknowledged me after 15 minutes, finally I had to say, "hello I'm with a customer be with you in a minute." The employees just looked at me. I said that its bad business not to even acknowledge a customer. The female employee then started to say if I wasn't happy with the service I could leave! I asked for a business card with the manager's name so I could contact them, there were NO business cards in that whole store that I could write down the manager's name according to the two employees there. So, I asked just for the name so I could write it on a piece of paper. The employee wrote a first name only with a phone number, I had to ask if I could get the last name to go with the first. After reading the reviews I see nothing has been done to improve customers' service! Found out from another AT&T store, that this is a corporate store, hard to believe the standards there are so LOW. Got a phone from a different AT&T store.

Well, no, I get a bill for $ 1,090.00, and only one line/phone was transferred. Now, Joe, the store manager (Joe was the one who was doing this transfer), has never returned my call. I went in twice, and the staff said he was out and they would have Joe call me. After another week, I went back in, and he was out of town or something, and he would call as soon as he got back to the store--still no call after another week. I called today, and Joe is there. Hmm, why haven't you called Joe? Now, Joe is telling me I have to fix his problem over the phone with AT&T... I will never walk back into this store.. Awful service!!!

He was patient and helpful as he backed up my phone and also showed me some camera tricks, put on my screen protector and then checked to see if he could save us from having to mail our old phones in.
