It was clearly taken apart in an attempt to fix it, then labeled "unfixable" or too expensive to do so--but instead of reassembling it properly, they returned it missing screws and without the internal factory cover. This is completely unacceptable. It's not your decision whether something is "worth fixing"--your job is to either repair it or return it exactly as it was given. What I received back was careless, incomplete, and honestly a mess. I ended up ordering the parts myself to try to fix it, and that's when I saw just how poorly it had been handled. This level of negligence is beyond disappointing. I would not trust them with any device.

Was not possible to speak to a representative in the U.S. The promised trade in credit has not materialized for 3 months, even after several frustrating calls to some overseas service center where they no nothing and barely speak English! The foreign representative must be working in a large open room where 100 other people are all speaking at the same time - very difficult to hear or understand what is being said between the broken English and background noise. For me, buying a phone from a corporate store offers far better benefits than purchasing from a non-corporate location. The associate who helped me was very knowledgeable, and he took the time to educate me on some new phones that I liked. Although I didn't buy my phone here, I highly recommend this store because the associates were incredibly helpful and I learned a lot.

I told him I wanted an upgrade and asked if I had any discounts. He disappeared for 10 minutes, came back and told me my only option was to pay full price for the phone over 36 months. I asked him if he was sure about that, I asked specifically if I had any rebates. He said he was sure and I walked out. I went to the store on BBB and Lyons the following morning, they mentioned my rebate right away and set me up with my new phone which was $600 over 36 months. Read the reviews. The Congress Verizon store is awful. I felt like I was being sold a used car. Stay away. This store is a joke. Update after owner response. Don't tell me your store has standards. I was almost blatantly ripped off by your sales person who led me to believe I didn't have a rebate. HE WALKED INTO THE BACK OF THE STORE FOR 10 MINUTES AND LIED TO ME.
