    Let me tell you about my latest ATT Store adventure!…read more Have read alot of reviews lately, only to find 1star ratings and for a lot of those reasons guided to online or overseas contracted customer care, and i agree, NOT worth the time spent with these AI operators or the so called "live language barriers we are challenged with.. :( just HORRIBLE. My family also has ATT products as I have been a long-standing customer as well. Recently, I went into a Corporate Store with no luck in my mind to resolve any of my issues regarding prior or current services from a local state move. BUT TODAY.... i have had ALL of my issues resolved! Just having the patience to speak to someone locally and having them actually listen to your situation makes the difference, just give the right ATT person/sales person a chance. Time will tell over the next few weeks for some of my issues made in plain view with a wonderful ATT Agent (and manager) help from the Fairview Heights StoreI I'm hoping this review gets posted so they may even see it. Long story short, consumers like me, PLEASE don't give up hope to resolve your issues at hand, just DONT CALL ATT Support, Instead, a lot of your answers will and must go through the ATT COPORATE STORES in your towns as I have experienced over the past few weeks and months. CORPORATE STORES have much more power than regular stores, just saying from past experience such as today. If you give those corporate stores a chance, ANYTHING'S POSSIBLE, I must say..! Was for me with most of my issues, just need patience and the right way to go! I hope this helps someone locally or in your area get a better handle on your ATT service! GOOD LUCK COMSUMERS! A frustrated but satisfied customer at last!

I dropped off…read moremy phone at the Culinaria downtown, a service rep was there working on the drop box , he took the time to assist me and they repaired my phone ( missing button and severely cracked screen) in less than 24 hours. Next day, I went to pick up my phone and the equipment was still under service. The same repair /service rep personally delivered my phone from the Fairview Heights location to my condo downtown STL and this was during the huge storm that passed through town! ~~~~EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE~~~ Convenient , Affordable, and professional My total Cost 170$ Apple Store over 200 $ By appointment only and a 4 day wait.

    Excellent service. I dropped by phone in the lake on Friday morning. I grabbed it, opened it, let…read moreit dry under a fan on it for 24 hours, then restarted it on Saturday morning. At first, everything worked perfectly. I thought I had gotten lucky and dodged a bullet. But, later that day, the display went out. Some friends recommended Foxpaw for the repair. I calling Foxpaw and discussed my situation with a customer serve person, I dropped my phone in a kiosk Saturday night for their water treatment service. Before noon on Sunday, Foxpaw reached out to me with two emails to tell me they were having no problem with my phone and to call them for further direction. In that conversion, the customer service person said that they did not recommend their water treatment service if the phone is now working. They warned that intermittent screen display problem could continue since it had been submerged in water. But, she offered to refund my fee and make my phone available for pick up later that afternoon. It was ready before promised and has been working perfectly.....let's keep hoping. I couldn't ask for better service. My only problem was what that touch screen at the kiosk would not register my touch selections unless I pushed very hard on the screen and it took many, many, many swipes to get the card reader to read my credit card.
