My family also has ATT products as I have been a long-standing customer as well. Recently, I went into a Corporate Store with no luck in my mind to resolve any of my issues regarding prior or current services from a local state move. BUT TODAY.... i have had ALL of my issues resolved! Just having the patience to speak to someone locally and having them actually listen to your situation makes the difference, just give the right ATT person/sales person a chance. Time will tell over the next few weeks for some of my issues made in plain view with a wonderful ATT Agent (and manager) help from the Fairview Heights StoreI I'm hoping this review gets posted so they may even see it. Long story short, consumers like me, PLEASE don't give up hope to resolve your issues at hand, just DONT CALL ATT Support, Instead, a lot of your answers will and must go through the ATT COPORATE STORES in your towns as I have experienced over the past few weeks and months. CORPORATE STORES have much more power than regular stores, just saying from past experience such as today. If you give those corporate stores a chance, ANYTHING'S POSSIBLE, I must say..! When thry gave me the pieces all taken apart, they claimed it was all there. When I walked out, I saw that they'd kept the critical part, I walked back in, and their behavior was so dishonest, menacing, mocking and I saw it was truly not worth fighting with them. Bought a very good ($300.00) truck battery in December 2025. Drove the truck 2x a month, started…read moreit up every week and let it run for 30 or more minutes. Had no problems even below freezing. Had a medical problem in the family and couldn't get out to start or drive the truck for the last 2 weeks. Battery deader than a doorknob, not even a click. Got it jumped, took it to the same location we bought the battery from. They tested it, said it was only 3 volts and had to be at least 10 to claim the warrenty. They put it on an overnight charger. No calls from them about status. When we called, Mike stated they could only get it to 7.5 volts and thereby voided the full warrenty we paid for and would not provide a new battery. Voided the warrenty on a 5 month old battery because it would not hold a charge? Since when does this make sense?! Never again!

My son drove in from AR to do this transfer, Justin stayed an hour past his normal quitting time to assist us. My son was a former employee of the above mentioned company so we knew what we needed and wanted but Justin made it even easier. In fact, I had an issue and had to go in the next day and another rep assisted me. Then I stopped in the following day and every rep there took the time to speak to me. The store manager should be extremely proud of their team. You are obviously doing something right. I am in sales so I don't throw out praise lightly. Top notch service by Justin and everyone.
