She's a longtime, loyal customer. After selecting a new iPhone we are told they don't have it in stock, but have a slightly more expensive model on hand. Ok, we take the bait and upgrade to the even more expensive model. I provide my credit card to purchase the phone. All good. Now, to activate the phone. The sales woman requests my aunts old phone to deactivate it before activating the new iPhone. We spend the next 20 minutes watching "Ritza" attempt and fail to activate the new phone. She tells us there is a "glitch" in the system and she can't activate our purchase. She says she doesn't know when the "glitch" will be resolved. Could take hours or days, she tells us. Seriously?! Forget it, we tell her. Cancel the transaction. We need a reliable cellphone immediately. An 84-year old senior living alone needs that vital communication option in case of emergency. The saleswoman cancels the transaction and then informs me that there is a $59 "re-stocking fee" for returning the phone. She refunds my credit card minus the $59 fee. So, we have no new phone but are out $59!! Oh, it gets worse. When the saleswoman attempts to reactivate my aunt's original cellphone she can't. There's a "glitch" in the system and she can't restore the original phone to function properly. So not only are we out $59, my aunt has no working cellphone!! Thanks AT&T. Absolutely outrageous. You'd think being a loyal customer for decades would be worth something to this business. Nope! Hey Verizon, here we come!! AT&T are crooks, plain and simple. Avoid this location at all costs.

When I questioned it, he became defensive and condescending, even asking if I "needed permission from my husband." I never raised my voice or was rude -- I just wanted to understand my options and have time to talk it over. I've been with AT&T for over 20 years, and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.

The first bill was more than seven times what we were quoted, insurance and someone up plan were added to our plan without our permission we had to spend over five hours on the phone with customer service three different times, and go down to the store several times. Finally, we worked out a plan and got a lot of the charges off, however, the plan is still more expensive than the plan we've had with our existing cell phone company for 20 years. We're now locked in for three years the reps there do not give truthful quotes.. I would recommend going anywhere else T-Mobile or a reputable company not this location.
