First impressions matter, and this one made me feel uncomfortable from the start. I'm not usually a Burlington shopper, but after this visit, I understand why some people choose not to shop here. The store felt disorganized, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant and unprofessional. Customer service should make people feel welcome, not like they're an inconvenience. I was told by the sales person that I can go online to the store website to look for a size myself. Super unhelpful and rude. Needless to say the experience made us search other stores. Immediately went to Macy's and found a beautiful dress. Once again my mother in law needed a specific size. Macy's went over and above to locate the dress in the size needed at another location. Maybe Dillard's needs to train their staff in the customer service techniques of Macy's. Customer service goes a long way and this store has lost our business for sure.
