When you need a tow truck you are clearly having a bad day so customer service and the initial call are important to make the customer calm down and maybe even laugh. They told me 45 minutes and they were there in 20! Knowledgeable truck driver Phil went above and beyond for us and made sure we didn't get screwed over by the dealer ship. He was on our side from the beginning and might as well been our lawyer.
