A friend told us to try this store and we hesitantly gave it a shot. Best decision we've made in a while! Rob and Christina were absolutely amazing and were helpful from the second we arrived. Rob informed us that our insurance actually covered the data transfer and AT&T should have told us that information. In less than an hour, we were fully transferred over at no cost! Staff were friendly, professional, empathetic and solution focused! Highly recommend!!!

As I was trying to set up my new iPhone, I continued to run into problems setting it up myself to the point of frustration. I found myself going in circles without success. I took my phone to Geekmatics in Palm Harbor and was fortunate enough to have Colin address my concerns. I have had Colin assist me in the past, and each time he had demonstrated a high degree of knowledge and has always provided outstanding service. This time, what I found to be very difficult, Colin completed my set-up within about 2 minutes. Colin did not tell me "it was easy" and did not make me feel that it was an issue that I should have known to fix myself. He made me feel very comfortable with his professionalism.
