Verizon had a trade in offer of $1000 to upgrade to the newest Galaxy. My old phone was in perfect condition and there were no issues but from my history with phones when things go bad I tend to have to upgrade immediately and they offer very little to no money for non working phones. A representative from this Verizon Wireless location called me. He told me that he saw I was interested in upgrading my phone but was wondering why I had not finalized my decision. He then asked if he could explain my options and walk me through different plans and devices. Thankfully Verizon's website has all the information you need to do everything online and explains everything very well. I truly appreciated the young man's call and if they did not close so early and charge $40 for me to come into the store I would have possibly did my upgrade in store. Either way the location provided excellent service. I strolled online for a few days trying to decide if I wanted my new phone mailed to me, have an associate come to my house and help me set it up for $40, go into the store and have someone do the upgrade also $40 or pickup the phone from the store and do it myself for free. I'm not sure when they started charging customers to come into the store for upgrades but if a phone cost over $1200 everything else should be free. I chose free and decided on having the phone placed in a locker at this Verizon location after I purchased it. I received an email once my phone was ready for pickup. I love that they have a locker pickup option and allowed me to get the phone at my convenience. When I arrived the store was closed. My pickup email gave clear instructions on how to retrieve my purchase from the locker. It was a painless process that took about 3 minutes, my phone and receipt were in a bag inside when I finally opened the locker. Although I did not have face to face contact, this Verizon location exceeded my expectations. I left feeling confident in my purchase and extremely satisfied with the service provided. I will definitely return to this store in the future if I need help with my phone or to purchase accessories.

For the past 3months I have been going back and forth about buying a new phone. The two times we have been in the store the young Male sales associate has been uninterested in helping us. The last time we went into the store was in January and I walked out because he was so rude. My husband asked him about a particular phone to compare sizes he didn't want to even get the phone out so we could compare the phone sizes. I went to have a phone exchanged due to the digitizer messing up, but the management staff studied…read morethe phone and found one scratch on the screen and claim that is what caused the digitizer to be messed up. The crazy part is, they were more interested in finding a reason not to honor the warranty. The so called scratch that they used to avoid the warranty was not in the same spot as the damage being displayed on the screen. The bezel was not cracked, bent, dented, or damaged. The phone never seen and water and nor has it been dropped. I was very disappointed in the service because I spoke with the Customer Service Rep had everything set up and all we had to do is attend the appointment, pay the amount as requested, and turn the other phone in. I drove an hour and change for no reason.
