Asked how much I was paying now with a new provider multiple times trying to get me a better deal.. that could have been from the start. they continued to fight me on it when I said I don't need to explain myself just please cancel. Put on hold multiple times just to then be told it's $100 cancel fee. Then hold again to be told I have to pay $400 for an old box that had previously but went out on me. They sent me a new box and said the other one doesn't work anymore and no need to send it back, but yet I'm still required to pay for getting rid of it if I can't send it back. I believe this company is a scam and I was taken advantage of. My boyfriend called shortly after repeating everything I had just said and they immediately said they'd reverse the charges. They'll listen to a man but not the woman who was paying for the service. Sexism at its finest. Do not use this company you will not get your moneys worth nor a good experience. They will say and do whatever it takes to get more money out of you. We will be getting with our bank and reporting this fraud.

One month later it is still not functioning properly. They hire random contractors in certain areas with NO PROOF OF BEING INSURED OR BONDED. The tech who came out the first time took all day, and when he left, a camera fell off the wall and the thing chirped all night! Now they're refusing to refund me for returning the equipment without first deducting $750 in installer fees and "early termination" fee. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. But when I call the refund is never showing or mailed yet they confirm I did every rite. Turned in modem on time and don't know why I was charged but they won't send me my money. This company in my opinion has failed. They do whatever to seal a few bucks.
