I took in my Apple MacBook Pro with a cracked screen. A blind man could clearly see the screen was cracked so no issue there. Fast forward three days later and they do not have the part, do not have the ability to get the part and can't fix the laptop. Fine, I'll come pick it up. They want to charge me a $75 diagnostic fee for something they DID NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO FIX! Even the receipt says $0 diagnostic fee! I attached my receipt where it clearly says $0 so how they believe that I am going to let them get away with cheating me out of $75 is baffling. They bait you in with a guaranteed repair and when they can't deliver by no fault of yours they try to keep $75. He offered to reduce it to.$50. Um $50 for what sir? You lied and then did nothing. $50 for a lie, is that how much lies cost now? I'm disputing the charge with my bank and don't buy into whatever response this company makes regarding my review. They scammed me so they have to try to save face but believe nothing they say. RUN RUN FAR AWAY from Tech Fix or your hard earned money and your vulnerabilities will be taken advantage of.

But the wait here was shorter, we got at least as good service, and I'll actually consider coming here when it is time for her phone.

After several taste testings, we finally decide to make a move. First business we asked couldn't help us. Then we decided to go to T-Mobile. I don't know their name, but a very kind person there not only offered their car battery to help, they had better jump cables than us and also knew how to jump start a car. T-Mobile has been my internet provider for a couple years. I started having issues on April 11,…read more2023. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to resolve the issues. Every time I called I was told different information: tower is down, gateway is bad, SIM card is bad, construction in the area and so on. After replacing the gateway and then the SIM card, it worked intermittently for a few weeks. Then suddenly, it completely stopped working again. That was when I was told it was because of construction in the arewith no resolution in sight. I assume if I had not reached out I they would continue to deduct my payments without providing services. I finally couldn't give them anymore of my time and money, and canceled. The irony is that they will email a label for me to return the gateway. Unfortunately, I don't have internet in order to print it. I will say: every time I called customer service they were attentive, empathetic and seemed to want to help. Much better than in-store service.
