Having had the thing for 6 years I figured a funeral was in order, but before that I decided to see if anyone could resuscitate the old beast. Enter Computer Wizard... an at home operation of a young guy named Dale who is passionate about helping people just get back to their electronic social lives, or I have heard he even can help people create their own computer works of genius. Having no idea what the hell was wrong with my computer. It was WAY past my mere level one comprehension of any and all IT issues... I give Dale a call and he said, "Sure! Bring it over!" He was really professional had us sign a couple forms and explained his diagnostics process and then we were on our way. He in no way made us feel inferior or technologically unintelligent .. (although we probably are). Dale tries to stock up on parts during really good sales, which saves US money in the end, so he ended up installing a HUGE new Hard-drive to replace my failing old one for a fair amount and after diagnostics and all that jazz... my bill was cheaper than most repair places would charge. Also, he runs deals here and there (Like on YELP!), so keep an eye out. It may save you some extra dough. My computer was ready to go after a couple of days.. although I wasn't able to pick it up until the weekend, but it's working like new and he was able to save the 6 years of files I had on there from wedding pictures, to artwork files... to my music library! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMPUTER WIZARD!

    The store manager, Zachary, was outstanding--truly a 5/5 experience…read more Unfortunately, my interaction with the Post Purchase Team was extremely disappointing. I don't write many reviews, and when I do--positive or negative--it's because the experience was significant. I make a point to remain respectful and constructive, but this situation warrants direct feedback. My wife and I travel frequently for work and needed a replacement laptop immediately. She located one at this store and placed an order for one-hour pickup. Given the higher price point, the credit card company requested verification, which we fully understand and promptly completed. At this time the payment had been processed and the laptop was onsite!!! We were then connected with the Post Purchase Team. Despite the issue being resolved, the representative and their manager, Ssyed, refused to allow the store to release the laptop. This was particularly frustrating because the store manager confirmed there were two physically available units and was willing to provide one. Instead, we were told we would need to wait until the 17th for fulfillment--despite the product already being in stock at that location. As travelers, we may not even be in town by then, making this solution impractical. Additionally, Ssyed declined to provide a last name and was unwilling to deviate from scripted responses, repeating the same information without addressing the situation. This lack of flexibility and problem-solving made an already frustrating experience worse. For context, the majority of my company's expenses are with Walmart, Home Depot, and Best Buy. Experiences like this directly influence where we choose to do business. If not for Zachary's professionalism and willingness to help, I would strongly consider moving future electronics purchases elsewhere. Brick-and-mortar retailers already face increasing competition, and employees like Ssyed do little to inspire confidence in Best Buy's ability to retain customer loyalty.

I choose this one whenever I need to have 1) something repaired/serviced/returned. 2) Need assistance in selecting an electronics item. I have had consistent good service here, where the other locations its been hit or miss. We are Total Tech Members, now called "My Best Buy Total" (such a dumb name change) Its their $179 extended warranty that covers everything you buy within a 2 yr purchase date. Sounds pricey.... Well, its benefited us every year without fail it has saved us far more than 179 per year. I highly recommend it and also recommend this location and staff: Today my appt was at 2:40. I get there, one person(DJ) is helping his customer. I stand in queue, DJ interrupts his session and kindly offers for me to sit at the open tech desk while I wait (so I did not need to stand) they must be able to see me via camera as Bryan Cowee comes out seconds later and greets me smiling with welcoming hello. We discuss my issues with my Nintendo Switch. It has 2 days left of its warranty. (Now thats important to the story). It no longer is letting me use the side controllers when used remotely... the which is 1/2 the point of owning a switch. Bryan examines them. He finds out that the console's lock to the controller is also broken. So the console needs to be sent out to be fixed and then after that is fixed it comes back to the ahop and then sent out again to another place for the separate issue of the joystick/controller. This weird shipping issue is a Nintendo issue, not necessarily a Best Buy issue. Knowing Nintendo is a pain in the butt to work with I ask... but when we bought this Total Tech- rep said if anything happens, anything at all, being it in, they exchange it for a new one. Well now enters the two days left on my warranty. Best Buy now will still replace it, but only after sending it out for repair(bunmer for the customer, but a good business decision, it makes sense)... if it cannot be repaired, it then gets replaced (fair). However, I quickly realize that if this sends out for one thing by the time it comes back to be sent out for the other issue, it's then out of warranty. I bring that up. Bryans is busy truing set up the transaction on his laptop and says. "Yeah that could be problematic, but right now my system to set up the repair has crashed." He asks For help, dJ comes over after he is done with his client. He cant get it to work on his. They go to the main terminal. System is still crashed. They literally couldnt get the system to process the repair ticket. Bryan picks up the phone calls Naag, (Im unaware that he is advocating for me... due to the warranty timing and due to their system crashing, Naag the department head goes to advocate for me to Kumar, a manager and in less than a few minutes Naag comes over with a big red box! Nintendo switch boxes are RED. It was a brand new Oleg Switch. Yay! Thank you Bryan, Naag and Mr Store Manager. Since they couldn't get the system to boot up and since there was two days left on my warranty counting that day.... They, without me begging, pleading put their customer first and switched out the switch! The entire session from sitting down to product in hand took maybe ten minutes. Not long at all! I have had other trips in where I have been helped by Bryan. He was very knowledgable in those sessions. Those times went smoothly, too. Ive purchased apple products from Naag a year ago (2 iP, fancy keyboard . His helpfulness on the sales floor has been above and beyond. I actually now search him out when I have a question. I recommend this location. They really try hard to help the customer. Also, I recommend the Geek Squad and the new "My Best Buy Total" despite the really long and dumb name.

    We stop in here regularly to use the pharmacy as well as shop around the other departments…read more Exterior: the parking lot is large and always clean. It is fairly easy to get to this location as there are a couple of different ways to approach it from the primary road. Depending on season and time of day, this can be extremely easy, or extremely hard. Interior: the store is well organized and very clean. The aisles are wide and we've found it easy to get through them with or without a cart. It's easy to find what you seek because the departments are very clear. There are two entrances, so getting in and out is easy. There are loads of check out lanes and we've never had a problem moving through them quickly. They seem to be well staffed at all times. There's even a small cafe, but we've never stopped at it to see what they offer. Staff: the regular pharmacy staff is absolutely wonderful! We are greeted warmly upon arrival and they remember small details from prior discussions, which makes us feel as if they care about us as people. They take their time to ensure we understand our prescriptions and help us when we seek something. The other store associates have always been polite and helpful. Inventory: there's a broad range of products at this Target and we've usually found items we've sought here. Some departments are bare bones (like camping), whereas others have really good selections (like clothing). Overall, this is a really nice store with good associates. We sometimes just stop in to wander around as it's a comfortable environment for that activity.

And this store was fully stocked there wasn't any empty shelves there wasn't any American flag ANYTHING! I couldn't even find an American flag in this store. I'll never go here again. Tbh I felt disgusted when I saw what I saw. Don't support this un-American business.
