UPDATE 8/14/23 - so as you'll see below, the business manager from cellular sales answered below…read moreasking me to email him at that email. But I already sent the email last night based on seeing that email in other responses, and he hasn't answered. So I question if All his responses below are just BS to try to make it look like they care about their customers. Let's see if he responds to my email requesting the $200 back. ------ Came into this Verizon Authorized Retailer Store today to upgrade my wife's phone and sales rep Alpha told me the trade-in value on her current phone was $220 with keeping our same data plan - the 2GB data plan. We had a very long conversation comparing my grandfathered 2GB data plan versus the lowest unlimited plan, and it would have been $56 more per month than my current plan. So it was very clear we were staying on our same 2GB data plan. I asked what promotions we have to upgrade the phone on our current plan, and Alpha said while there aren't any promotions, the trade-in value on the phone was $220. So my wife signed some digital paperwork, Alpha started setting up the new phone and transferring over data, and when it came down to sign the final digital paperwork, he informed us he could only give us $20 for the trade-in phone. We had already been in there for probably an hour and a half and when I asked him to stick by what he told us, by the deal that we made for $220 for the trade-in, he refused, and then he called his manager Brett and Brett refused as well. And then supervisor Melissa and rep Christina at Verizon customer service refuse to honor the deal that Alpha made as well. This isn't the first time this has happened. The Polaris Verizon store previously refused to honor an offer I had in writing. I would not recommend going to this Verizon store because they're going to give you misinformation and then refuse to stand behind the deal that they make with you until you're already far down the line, and then change the deal on you after you've already signed some paperwork. Shame on Alpha, Shame on Brett, and Shame on Verizon overall for failing to stand by the deal Alpha made and for failing to make this situation right with a long time Verizon customer.

They answered all my questions and made sure I got a great deal on all the phones and accessories I purchased. They knew the veteran/military plan details and all the promotions. I was able to transfer 4 phone lines from ATT to a single TMobile Magenta Max plan and save $150 month. They knew what trade in value I could get and that I could also get a buy one get one free iphone and then 2 free sets of airpods from the Black Friday promotion. Best cell phone company/store experience ever.

Sat with the car hood up, eating cookies, eating them, the usual thing to do when stranded and waiting for a good samaritan to offer up their car. We finished the cookies. They were pretty good. After several taste testings, we finally decide to make a move. First business we asked couldn't help us. Then we decided to go to T-Mobile. I don't know their name, but a very kind person there not only offered their car battery to help, they had better jump cables than us and also knew how to jump start a car. We very much appreciate it. Without you, our friend's beautiful car Randy might be still sitting there. Seriously recommend this T-mobile. Literal life-savers.

When my family and I were looking for a replacement for Sprint (I'm sorry, $400 a month for 4…read morephones and services is NOT affordable!), we stopped in this store one evening after dinner. I took all 4 phones and my father-in-law with me, to make the switch. This is where the fun begins. There was 1 person in front of me, and she took a little time. So, to minimize the time (I thought, lol) I decided to browse their phone section. Everything from Apple to Samsung to Nokia to Huwaei I found (granted this was about a year or so ago) and everything looked good. Apples we weren't looking to replace. Cricket had a 4 lines for $100 deal we were looking for. So it comes my turn, and a lovely counter assistant named Diamond introduces herself and asks what she can do for me. She's not that store's regular, she came up from Gahanna that day to help. I explain my dilemma, how both Sprint and Apple both pissed me off, and we're looking to switch. So we wind up with 4 new Motorola e5 phones, with activation fees waived for all 4 phones. Turns out that to switch, we needed Sprint's PIN code which we tried a few times. Didn't work. So father-in-law gave his OK to just become new customers without switching (but sadly, losing our existing phone numbers. Wife was NOT thrilled with that, but we had no way of contacting them as I had all 4 phones. :) The whole process took about 3 hours, but that's ok. Diamond was a true gem (pun intended) and very helpful throughout the entire process. I remember running out to Walmart to get something for me and Dad to drink, and bringing her back something in the process, just for being so darned sweet. Dad and I are returntning Wednesday (yeah yeah, day before Thanksgiving) to upgrade our phones. I washed his, and it's dying. Me? I just want a new toy to play with. Got the same model in mind for both of us. A Samsung Galaxy A10e or A20e.
