So, the next day I go back there to do a return and re-buy the phone. They will not let me do it. The people over there does NOT know what they are doing. Every where else this coupon works $10 off $25 purchase. Dude was like "Oh, I never heard of that coupon before" Another employee said "No coupon during Black Friday". Dumb ass. I got this offer directly from Radio Shack website, there is no black out dates, the coupon IS good. Stop making your own policy "We don't accept coupon during Black Friday". Duh.. if it's not valid, it would not work for 100+ posts/other people in Slickdeals.net. Management sucks, employee clueless. All you need to do is give me a refund and resell the same phone + use the coupon. Simple as that. Instead they were telling me bullshit story about "Oh, we have to scrap the phone if we refund it". Come on, where is the logic here? I am buying the god damn same phone, I just want the value of the coupon applied to my purchase. Good job making a customer give you a bad review because of $10 VALID coupon you are trying to save. Awesome customer service there! Summary: 1. Did NOT honor their own coupon. I ended up returning the phone. I don't want to deal with bad customer service who did NOT have a clue what they are doing and are making their own rules. 2. Horrible customer service, will never go back. 3. Not up to date on their own store policy and offers... Stay away from this store!!! They could have handled this incident a LOT better. Jonathan did not file my claim for over 120 days despite multiple trips to the store, emails, and telephone calls. Always got a story from Jonathan. Now I am told they will not honor the rebate because it was not filed within 120 days. Jonathan said he would give me a credit on my bill, but I would not receive my $1085.06 back as he had promised. I would not recommend this store to anybody. Jonathan lies and does not follow through with what he tells you he is going to do.

I wonder if to them, that was a simple job, but to me, it provided peace of mind, which to me is priceless. I recently had someone stalk my wife and I, turns out that person had a criminal record and was most likely going to rob our house.
