Where do I begin.... my laptop took a.few falls and it had problems. They seemed unfixable with the screen.not.being able to close flush, the charger port moving inside the pulling wires inverted. I let it sit for 5 months. Thought this was not repairable. After ai joined Verizon home protect, I submitted a claim and they denied it. Luckily I found this amazing shop. From the moment ai walked in I was treated with truly caring help and honesty. The diagnosis was given quickly, the follow up has been amazing. AVOID THIS SHOP, they make you pay a $40 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to "repair" your electronic device(s) when all they do is hold on to it for months and don't bother to operate on the device. They then persuade you to just cancel services so they can pocket the deposit. Simply a money scam. read more

BE PREPARED FOR THEM NOT TO CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME!!! 2nd time using them and they do a great job but I was quoted same day repair so I changed my schedule to be given no updates until I called in and was told it would be next day. I called at 2 pm next day because still no update was available and they said a couple more hours. At 3:15 pm I was called and told it's ready but you have to be here by 6:30 or you can't pick it up til Monday. My son is 8 and earned his PlayStation being fixed for school work and behavior and making him wait wouldn't be fair so I had to call my daughter. She then refused to give her change and said exact payment only making it more difficult. The first time we went she claimed to open at 10 am didn't arrive until noon and then said first come first serve and made us wait because people just got there while we went for breakfast waiting on her. Beware of the scam! Had problems with the PC not turning on. I took the PC in and eas told it was the power supply unit so was charged 115 to replace with a new one. Once home we found the PC was still not turning on. Took it to a new place since it was the weekend and found out the Motherboard was what was the problem. After explaining we just replaced the Power Supply Unit the new tech looked and showed us how the Power Supply Unit was dusty and had not been touched. So after charging to replace with a new one they just took our money but didnt fix the problem nor did they even replace what we was charged for. Dont come here unless you want to be lied to and scammed out of money. I probably bought a power supply unit for someone elses PC but i know for a fact they didnt replace ours and didnt fix the problem. This place will not refund you with the same form of payment or will send you a check either. Total scam and untrustworthy business. Why would anyone trust a business who makes their kids work there instead of having actual employee? Save your money and go somewhere else, you will thank me later read more

If you're reading this look no further-- you've found your spot! I spilled coffee all over my 2019 MacBook Pro and was told I had to purchase a new one. I had an ounce of hope of it being repairable so I started looking at places that offer liquid damage services. Not only did ATG respond promptly but Thomas spent the time to explain the possible damages the coffee could've caused. His patience, confidence, and eagerness to help me understand the different parts of a MacBook is what led me to choose ATG over the others around in the area. I'm so happy I did! ATG thoroughly cleaned the damage via an Ultra Sonic Cleaning and my MacBook is working just as well as it was prior to the spill-- talk about lifesavers! I honestly still can't believe it.
