I also learned that Best Buy offers TV installation and mounting for an additional $179.99 -- which felt expensive, especially since I already have my own mount -- but I went ahead and paid for it. I was promised delivery and installation by Tuesday, November 18th, no later than 3 PM. After 3 PM, I received a call from a Geek Squad electrician informing me that he was out of the area, very behind schedule, and would not be able to complete the installation until later in the day or first thing the following morning. I had already taken off work and cancelled a scheduled appointment to be available for this install. Considering the money I paid and the time I lost, I am extremely disappointed. This was my first purchasing experience with Best Buy, and the service I paid for was not delivered. I attempted to call for support, but after being transferred multiple times, my call was dropped, and I never received a call back. No customer service, no resolution. Given that this service was costly and not fulfilled, I am requesting a discount on the delivery and installation fee or a full refund. My second trip into the store I had to make it evident I was not leaving without a resolution. I literally called customer service in front of all their customers and put it on speaker. I FINNALY got one of the store reps to take five or so minutes to confirm my identity with the phone rep who then told me they would pro-rate my bill and to ignore it and wait for another. When I received the new bill, it was for the full amount. T-Mobile, you suck. You have lost my business for life.
