This store and its employees especially the manager are extremely unreliable and out to scam people. Me and my mom and stepdad was put on a family plan that my mom purchased we seitched from metropcs to cricket and they gave her 3 free phones that were a downgrade from our original phones but my mom didnt know any better so she got the zte blade which only after a week they dont even sponsor these phones anymore so we went here to get a refund she paid $220 they said no cuz the phones were free that we can give them back but no money return so i asked to switch the zte's for the LG phones and the manager got upset yelling and talking in arabic which i asked politely to speak in english but he said no. This is why cuz they know these are junk phones and they downgraded us from our original LGs they look at it like if we dont like the phones we give them back and they can resell them for profit or we pay for an upgrade! Thats what we wanted in the first place.
