The technician ran a wire from the pole across the street to the roof of my house, underneath shingles then into nearby brush, wrapped around a tree then to the neighbor's house. He completely bypassed the pole in back of my house. Law enforcement was called, and a trespass warning was issued despite no unlawful behavior occurring. The handling of this situation felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I have submitted a formal complaint to corporate and am requesting that district management review this incident.
