Honestly, I wasn't sure if it would be possible, but I haven't found a phone that I like. Because it is an older phone, they had to order the battery. They told me when the battery would arrive and that it would take about 30 minutes to replace. I dropped my phone off on my way to an appt and picked it that afternoon. Great service and good prices. The employees are nice. The phone connectivity and coverage is very poor. I seem to be in the "1%"…read moreof areas with extremely poor coverage or no signal at all. The "SOS" for signal strength appears way too often for my comfort.
