Between being billed for 2 different phones with the same number, being charged for a phone that was supposed to be free, and coverage so bad that my phone was unusable for days on end, I finally have been freed from the grips of T-Mobile. I would never want any family member, friend or anyone I care about to have T-Mobile. When I broke my phone screen to the point of not being able to use it anymore I went into my local T-Mobile store because I had recently gotten a promotional email about being able to trade in a phone in any condition for a free upgrade. My original phone, that I paid for in full upfront 3 years before, and never had any problems with, was very outdated so I was very excited for a brand new phone. When I arrived at my local T-Mobile store I was told my phone didn't need to be traded in for the free upgrade. I was also told that I would only be charged the same amount that I was currently paying, $55. I went from an iPhone 11 to a new iPhone 13, and was very happy to be able to keep my original phone number. About a month later I realized I was being charged for my original phone line, $55, as well as my new phone line, $88. While my original phone had been completely turned off, and had no SIM card in it. When I got my new phone I was told my monthly bill would not go up from $55, but clearly that was not the case. Due to personal reasons I was not able to immediately go back to the T-Mobile store to have the issue fixed. When I did go back, about 3 months later, I was told the manager was not available. I was fine to talk to other associates, however they were not able to fix the problem and ended up calling the manager, on speaker phone, when he was told the problem responded with "why did that bitch wait so long to come in?" After this event I was assured I would no longer be billed for 2 different accounts, this was not the case. I was billed again the following month. When I went in store again to resolve this issue I was meet with the manager who spoke to me in a very condescending tone and told me maybe the problem was with my bank and not T-Mobile at all. He, once again promised me the issues would be fixed and he went as far as telling me he would call me personally next month to make sure I was not double charged again. The following month when I was double charged again and received no phone call to check I was very disappointed and frustrated. When I went back to the T-Mobile store yet again I was told by the manager he would "have never called me and I was stupid to assume so." I was very upset by the way I was being treated and just asked for the problem to be solved, I asked for a corporate phone number or email I could get in contact with, but the manager refused to give it to me. After this event the issues of being double charged time after time again was solved and my account was credited for only what I was over charged. I was then charged $88 for the next 20 months until I paid off my new phone, that was supposed to be free. This was just one of the many issues I have had with T-Mobile over the years. With my busy work/life schedule I am not able to have a phone that only works half the time. I am very happy and confident in my decision to be leaving T-Mobile. I hope I will be able to save one single person from T-Mobile.

My husband has been working on a project to connect a water purification system from our kitchen sink to our fridge. We tried stopping at this Ace Hardware but found that they are closed on Sundays. We then made the long 30 minute trek to Lowes to get a part. After walking up and down several aisles we finally located the aisle with the parts we needed, however, (without plumbing experience) it can be very easy for people to pick up the wrong part. We bought the part believing it to be what we needed and with zero employees available to help us at Lowes, we went for it. We made the long 30 minute ride back home from Lowes and tried it out. It was the wrong size!! We were so frustrated! On Tuesday, we decided to give it another try. We were going to drive all the way to Lowes again, but remembered Ace Hardware is just minutes away from home. Fingers crossed it wasn't too late...It was almost 5:00 and we didn't make note of their hours the last time we stopped by on Sunday. We pulled up and they were open!! =) The moment we walked in the front door, we were greeted by the cashier who asked if she could help us find anything today. We had no idea where we would find this tiny metal connector part so we showed her the part we bought from Lowes and she pointed us to the exact spot where we could find those parts. We began eyeballing each of the parts to try to figure out which one would be the correct size. After a few minutes the cashier asked us if we needed any help. We didn't want to bother anybody so we just told her we were fine. A moment later, Al (another Ace Hardware employee) walked up and asked if he could assist us in finding the part we needed. We showed him the part from Lowes and told him we got the wrong size. He asked us about our project and once we told him what we were attempting to do, he knew exactly what size we needed. He helped us understand the differences in these plumbing parts which answered a lot of questions we had. He even opened the package for us to ensure the part fit the connector we brought with us to give us peace of mind in knowing we were not purchasing another part that wouldn't fit. We got home and got everything connected perfectly and our fridge now provides extra purified water and ice! =) I never get that kind of customer service at Lowes or Home Depot. FYI: Currently, their hours are Monday-Saturday 7:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. (Closed on Sundays). Thanks Guys! We appreciate your kindness and willingness to help!

Our painter always deals with this store and we have found, over the years, that it worth the drive to deal with them, too !!! We pass two other Sherwin Williams stores and drive many more miles to get there but it is always worth it and this time was no exception. The store manager, Trish Smith and Tiffany, a store associate, are truly priceless. The majority of our house walls were painted in 2018 with a paint called Harmony, that Sherwin Williams, has since discontinued. Trish and Tiffany worked true magic to get another Sherwin Williams paint to match the original wall paint so that we could do some repairs. This saved us from having to paint multiple walls in our house. We couldn't be more appreciative for the efforts that these two ladies put in, to help us. This has made us Sherwin Williams customers for life. Plus, you can bet that we will continue to make that drive to the Freeport store to deal with these professional, friendly and helpful people !!!
