This store specifically grabbed our rifle out of the deliveries and processed it while we were standing there. That's a huge inconvenience for them but they did it with a smile. They don't answer the phone, return messages left on it, or respond to email messages left on their website "contact us" page. On their website they state, "Please Do Not Call, Our phone lines must remain open to communicate with the ATF and FDLE". Their phone problem is a direct result of poor management, they could simply use one phone line on all ATF and FDLE forms submitted, so both agencies would be returning calls on that line only, and simply use the other line for customer support. They are only open Wed. ~ Fri. 10AM ~ 6PM and Sat. 10AM ~ 3PM. They offer no reason for not returning calls when messages are left on their answering machine, or for not responding to emails left on their website "contact us" page. As a customer this is very frustrating here with 21st century technology. In order to speak with them you have to drive to their business, during their limited hours of operation, and for me it's a 30 mile drive.
