My washer went out on July 13 and it is now September 15 and my waste is still broke. B and M electronics has been to my home 7/23, 8/15 and 9/5 and each time the give you a 5 hour window that they will show and usually show up at the end of that window. Each time they showed they have brought the wrong parts. When I call to check the status they are rude and claim they are waiting on authorization. This process has just been a nightmare and still now washer!!!!!

The lady kept saying she was sorry but Arianna said that's okay don't worry about it. You could tell the mother was getting upset and didn't know what to do. Arianna asked the lady if she could pay the rest that she owed. The lady said if she wanted to she could and so Arianna got her wallet and paid for the rest of the lady's purchase. Arianna looks very young and it made my heart happy to see this. I think she is a very sweet person and I wanted to share this because in this world now it's not often you find a young person like her. Target is very lucky to have a employee like her.
