Getting the back glass replaced was $89 + tax and when I paid, she held down the receipt covering the tip line. Whether that was intentional or not, I appreciate that she didn't ask for a tip. She called when it was ready and it was right on time of what she estimated. The phone looks great and when I walked in, she was trying to polish the scuffs off (there was no hope). The replacement also comes with a 30 day warranty. Friendly customer service and quickly repaired the phone. I wouldn't hesitate to return, but hopefully I won't need to!

I was told by the clerk at the AT&T store that she could sell me a braided cord at the same price for $31.39 (the same as the plastic cords I previously got). It was $29.00 but with tax $31.39. She said I could bring it back for a full refund if I found one cheaper anywhere else. I did find one for $7.99 plus tax and shipping from Walmart.com. I then took the original cord from the AT&T Store on 7/31 and got a refund put back on my Wells Fargo debit card. I still have not received a refund, even though it has only been posted as of 24 hours ago, I am concerned because the clerk at AT&T did not give me any "refund" paperwork to show that the refund had been processed. You might want to consider another AT&T Store other than this location if you have an issued. Another thing is, there are not many employees there at that location so you may have a long wait.
