We were excited that there was only one other customer in the store when we arrived and We had to swap numbers, etc., so it was a little more involved. Erica I think her name was, was very helpful. We had to call back later when we realized we needed info off of the phone we'd traded in (long story) while we were there. Mallick (sp?) went above and beyond to save the day.
