He tested my old FOB's removable metal key (the one that is hidden inside for backup access to your car if the battery on the FOB goes dead), and it wasn't even the correct one for my car (the locksmith said it was likely the wholesaler just used a FOB from some other car and programmed it to mine before selling the car at auction), so he cut me a new one for my old FOB right on the spot. Great customer service by a guy with 25+ years experience!! Highly recommend. (NOTE: when the keys for the house and mail box didn't come out to 100% to his satisfaction, he didn't charge me for them. He was pretty sure they would work... and in fact they did! Integrity, efficiency, friendly and a professional. Call this guy first and save yourself from getting scammed by other mobile locksmiths.) They tell you to cover your mattresses and don't leave any type of food items in storage and we didn't so we never had a problems with bugs or anything. We even put mice traps down just in case but we never caught more than a cricket. The 2 outdoor units were as expected, dust would collect and an occasional Mud Dauber's would get inside but they're outside so that would be expected. They do a really good job at treating for those type of things plus we had them at our house too so I don't think anything more could have been done and they never became a problem. We also laid traps in the outdoor units and never caught more than a Chameleon. As for the staff? Amber & Cheyanne were amazing. They were friendly, professional and accommodating. They were also very conscientious about protecting the property and monitoring activity. They definitely earned 5 stars.
