As a retired Marine Musician, I have performed and traveled in various countries, many of the states and countless of cities. As a REALTOR for the last 17 years, I have what is basically a mobile office. My cell phone is of utmost importance. I recently purchased two phones, purchased the insurance and my wife paid for the screen protector. Well, it cracked so I went to get another screen protector. I entered the store on Battlefield Blvd and there were two female employees. and no other customers. One of them asked me what I needed and I explained it to her. She was very nice and tried to help but couldn't find my info, so the other employee, what I assume is the team leader, took over, tried looking it up and said that their system sometimes isn't working as it should. Two other Spanish speaking people then came in and as I was explaining to the team leader she noticed on of the men was walking into the office that had the door wide open and was not behind any sort of counter. She yelled at him and said what do you think you are doing you are not allowed in there that is for employees only. In broken Spanish he said he did not know, didn't see a sign (of course he didn't see the sign on the door, the door was wide open), turned and backed out immediately and sat in the chair, but she kept harping on him asking why did you try going in there, what are you thinking, you know that is an office and before she turned back to my situation I tried calling and texting my wife so that she can send me a text with the receipt. The employee then said she had only one screen left, but needs proof of my purchase, I said I have an app on my phone that says I have 360 protection that covers the screen, she said she could not use that and had to utilize her own system, She then started to repeat herself when my wife called me to help with the issue (my wife.like many, is working from home, has many business calls and her time to speak is minimal), I looked at the employee and said I have to get this then I clicked the answer button, but before I could say a word to my wife she said at a loud voice RUDE! I didn't even get to say hello, I looked up and asked "are you talking to me"? She then raised her voice and said yes you are RUDE I was stalking to you and you answered your phone. I started to explain (at her same voice level) back at her that she is repeating herself and that this call is to... then before I could finish my sentence she yelled GET OUT OF MY STORE. I said what, She yelled louder GET OUT!!! GET OUT OF MY STORE. I then went to the other customer and said what is your name, She yelled again standing at the front door GET OUT OF MY STORE DON'T TALK TO HIM. I said I am just getting George's name because she was loud and rude to him as well. There were only three Spanish guys in the store and she seems to be mad at all three of us! Again at the age of 57 I have finally been kicked out of a store for the first time in my life! T-MOBILE should pull the security video fed and fire this employee!!! UNBELIEVABLE. and SHAMEFUL!!! She did not know if the call received was for my business and urgent, medical, a family emergency or factually my wife to help solve the situation! She is there to help me, not the other way around. She can raise her voice and yell RUDE, but if I raise my voice to her level to explain I get kicked out. Just two weeks earlier (at a different store that was closed due to the virus issue) I purchased two Samsung 20 plus phones (EXPENSIVE), insurance, screen protectors and with all that money invested in TMOBILE products and services, an employee kicks me out! By the way, I went to the TMOBILE on Indian River, he was extremely nice didn't have the screen and suggested the one in Kempsville. The one in Kempsville could not believe what happened found my info within literally a minute and provided a screen under 360 protection plan. He even showed m on his computer screen that all the info was there. He asked me if there was anything else and said sorry about the other store, have a great day! Now THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

He has really been good to help my friends, family & our former business by determining the best plan for their needs. I had been holding onto a grandfathered plan for many years & thought it could get no better. He found a plan for Seniors who purchased phones on their own that was better, even including cellular for my iPad & Apple Watch. Recently I bought a new iPad on line through the Apple Store. I knew how to set it up. The only task I had never performed was removing the SIM Card from my old iPad & inserting it into the new. Since the SIM Card lays, rather than snaps into the tray, it was hard to keep it in the tray & get it to snap in. I got in my car & immediately went to this Verizon Store. One of the employees immediately snapped it in for me. They are really nice and helpful. The store is a standalone across Independence Boulevard from Haygood Shopping Center. There is ample parking & a curb cut on Independence so you can turn in coming from the north. No U turn required. The store is spacious, clean and is adequately staffed. I highly recommend it. But if one can determine what store Jeff now works at Remember......He's the best!!!

Got an email a month later that I would be charged for my old phone because I never turned it in. So I called the store and was told the manager, Christy, would call me back. I called a third time and spoke with the assistant manager who said he found the phone in their system but didn't know where it was. He said his DISTRICT manager would take care of it, he never did. The only reason it was obvious was because the screen was so dark she could not see to use her iPhone. It looked as if the lighting was on the lowest setting but even turning on the backlight didn't make a difference. They should've never charged her and if I was there, I would've called the police on them. They either stole her original screen or broke a piece inside the phone when they replaced the microphone. The associate said that he could replace the screen with a third party screen (which would make it look original and bright again) but she wanted her phone in the original state she brought it in (original Apple part) just with a fixed microphone. They still charged her over $100+ to fix the microphone and now she has to pay $200+ to get the screen fix that they ruined. My mother's iPhone screen was not cracked and brought in its original condition. I recommend everyone to take their Apple products directly to Apple for repair. She also should've known because on her way out, there was a gentleman who claimed he bought his phone from this company recently and it stopped working. There was another woman who was complaining that she recently bought an iPhone from this company and when she went to register it, she couldn't because it was a "stolen phone". These are all red flags and I don't recommend going to this business for iPhones or iPhone repairs. I'm disappointed for my mother because she is older and was taken advantage of.
