I came here thinking this was a Verizon store, it wasn't Verizon Verizon, this place is a business called Telecommunications, we came in to get an extra phone, IPad , and an Apple Watch, it was a promo with service you get the equipment free, so we already have 8 lines, but we let the person that took care of aware of all this, she seemed friendly, she started the process, we had a plan called do more, included many perks like Disney bundle , free Apple Music , international travel pass, hit spot up to 30 gigs. Unlimited services. For this we always do auto pay etc after taxes easy $440 great deal after I moved from AT&T , she mentioned if we changed plan to save us money it would only be $33 more per month plus tax , so we paid all the taxes and fees over $300, well not to make it to long my bill was $880, she never applied my taxes some how, she gave us a new plan and change all my phones, to a lesser plan for $10 more each line, so my regular bill was going to be $665 a month. She also had me get the IPad from another store, which was ok, but on that day she told me I wasn't getting the watch because I had ten lines now, but she did not tell us any of this the day we came in, I was also ok with that, it wasn't a huge deal, yes big deal you lied or kept it to the last minute, but even if I returned the equipment before 30 days , she rounded all my plans, we all travel outside of the country, now we have to get an extra travel pass for $10 extra every time, this was a very sour situation, she changed all plans, it was verbal I agreed, I have done it twice before at Verizon stores, and they have never done this to me, but I did call several times so she can explain what went wrong , or management for that matter, also left messages on her phone, and left messages at the stores for someone to call me, and fix this, this was on DECEMBER 2, 2023, and so far we are here January 22, 2024 with no call back. This is so bad and sad that Verizon allows this subcontractors to do this, I will finish all my terms with each line and depart to a different company Please be aware this people are not here for your best interest, they may work on commission, and they got me good. NATASHA is the person that helped me destroy a good plan to increase my bill over $200 a month. I have made arrangements and change some plans to lower my bill, a customer service person was very helpful, and tried her best to help with the issue. If I could this place would get a minus five, and as soon as we get more information , and see if management contacts me, I will update this review. read more

I have to give a shout-out to Landon. We went here to get a replacement phone and initially my friend didn't want to go here bc the store was outdated from what he last remembered. I'm glad we stopped in though. The store went through a Reno and is al updated now. Landon greeted and opens the door to welcome us in. I just left this store and there were 3 people working and I was the only customer. I bought my son a new iPhone 12 a few days earlier so I brought his iPhone eight back to ask a few questions concerning the account the guy work there was so dismissive of my questions that everything I ask he would say check your account I'll go ask another repair service not here that I finally got pissed off and left. We just spend $1200 on a new phone and a couple days later they won't even answer a few question. I try to avoid this place but because it's near the house it's convenient but I would never come here again, it's old and a little Middle Eastern guy is the worst customer service I may have experience in the last 10 years! Verizon just lost a customer that's been with them from the beginning...literally! I bought the HUM device and was told I would get a $150 rebate on a prepaid card back in March...it's now Mid June! No card. I called Verizon and they had no record of it and said it was a promotion just with that store and it's not a Corp store. So I go to the store and they act like they don't know what I'm talking about!!! Then they say well you canceled a phone line that was connected to the rebate. The salesman in March told me the rebate was if I bought the HUM. The rebate had nothing to do with the phone and was a totally separate offer. They LIED and ripped me off!!! As said I've been with them from the very beginning but as my contract it up I'm moving on! Hello AT&T! Or whom ever I choose. read more

With one transferring from another Verizon plan, and myself moving over from AT&T, my boyfriend and I were very pleased with the service provided. This Verizon location should be the model store for all stores, great customer service, I forgot the man that helped me out. He was amazing I called prior to showing up to get AirPods once I arrived he already had pulled them and had them waiting for me as soon as I walked ! In and out within minutes. I visited 3 other locations trying to get these AirPods and none of the stores were able to help me and told me to call 611 instead. When I came to get a print out of my bill in December after switching to ATT in November, the representative told me I'd be back.... fast forward to March and I despise AT&T to the fullest and cannot wait to drop them-especially after being that VZ has an unlimited data plan. Now you might have heard about the $45 plans...really that doenst exist! When you add in the access fee which is $20, you're looking at $65 a line. Mind you I only have one line but it seems to be cheaper it have more than one when you see the commercials. That's not true either...plus my 25% discount for being a state of TX employee doesn't apply to these new unlimited data plans. One line by itself would cost me 100 bucks right off the top...add in the coat of a phone, insurance, taxes...I really don't know if the cost to switch is cost effective effective in actuality, but I appreciated the representative running the numbers and giving me paperwork to peruse over before I switched. It's getting to the point that a cell phone bill cost more than groceries. Yeesh! I believe I Wil check out TMobile before I make my switch, but definetly leaving AT&T. read more

When the bill came in I was amazed at how much it was, it was almost $600 more than what I was told. If I wrote this review about their worker Charlotte it would be 5 out of 5 stars. Amazing Employee, great customer service and extremely friendly and personable. BUT, I purchased a new phone for my upgrade and did the 2 weeks where i could try out my new phone and then bring it back an exchange it if I ended up not liking it. Brought my Samsung back to switch for an iphone 6 and worked with Rocio. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I walked in and was the only one in the store she started my exchange process and then told me that I should never have been allowed to do this in the first place, BUT she would take care of it. HA. Not only did she not take care of it, she was completely rude doing it. She hassled me about not being able to get into my account and then started helping other customers while i was sitting right there. So what should have been a 15 minute process turned into an hour long trip. She continued to leave me sitting in the corner with my exchange half done as she fully helped 3 OTHER customers. When she finally came back and switched my phone i asked her to switch my contacts over from the other phone. Her reply "You have an iphone, it syncs with icloud...." Really? does it? Awesome. I had no idea after having an iphone for 3 years that it works like that. Funny thing I had brand new work contacts from the day before and cant transfer them from a samsung. So how about just doing your job? She couldnt be bothered with me and again left me to help another customer. So i sat there setting up my iphone myself. I also bought a new otterbox and screeen protector. She was clearly not going to put them on or assemble my phone in any way shape or form. So she comes back over after helping yet another customer and throws everything away. My old receipt, my otterbox case (with the warranty), and the glass cleaner. Thanks... Appreciate it. She then pretty much tossed me my receipt and was done with me and went on to help other customers AGAIN. At that point I left pissed off and with a half programmed phone. 2 Hours later i receive a text from her personal phone, saying I have until 5pm to get back to the store to give her the passcode to my samsung because she cant wipe my phone without it or my account will be charged for both phones. Well bitch maybe if you did your job in the first place I wouldnt have to go out of my way to save your stupid ass from making a mistake. Also dont threaten me with charging my account double for your stupid mistake. I will absolutely never go back there. read more

Francis Nganga charged me for a device I didn't receive when I upgraded to an IPhone 7, he lied and told me my monthly bill would "decrease" if I took advantage of his "Managers Special" and purchased the "HUM" device. Tried to take the HUM back several times within the 14 day time period, all other sales people said they wouldn't accept return unless Nganga was in the store. Contacted corporate Verizon. They "couldn't help" because they said this was a Verizon Franchise store. Was referred to Verizon Cellular Sales Manager Charles Thigpen who has not contacted me or responded to requests for assistance! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT A VERIZON CELLULAR STORE!
