After some browsing, my love chose this beautiful option. Sadly, however, we experience a lot of stone issues with the ring over the months after we purchased. It seemed that despite my wife's love for her new ring, we would always experience some issue with it. Time and time again we would need to bring it back to Modern for a repair or replacement. After our most recent issue, we just couldn't deal with this on-going issue. My wife reached out to Chase, an associate with Modern, to express her sincere disappointment with the rings quality. Without skipping a beat, without trying to make even one excuse, Chase showcased just how committed he and the team were at correcting the issue. They quickly remedied the ring, and went even further by upgrading many of the stones within the original band. My wife and I eventually relocated out of the state and were forced to wait on the rings return via mail. Well, it is finally back and looks more stunning than ever before. Didn't have new but went in back and found a used bracket for the butt plate. Charged $5.00 for it (fair) but charged $5.00 labor to put a screw in it. BS. Didn't have proper picatinny mount but had an offset. I mounted it carried my AR didn't like the way it hung. Went to return the 2 pieces offered half what I paid for them said they didn't take returns. Mike your customer service SUCKS I won't be back.

Yesterday (less than 24 hours ago) I purchased 3 boxes of ammunition for appx $70 to shoot my HR218…read morequalification. During the course of 25 round fire 4-5 rounds didn't fire. One round took 3 primer strikes and still didn't fire. I returned to the store immediately after the course of fire with the ammunition and the round that took 3 primer strikes. Their gunsmith took the round in a brand new firearm and confirmed it didn't fire and it was a manufacturers defect. He fired my weapon and confirmed it was functioning correctly. I asked for a refund and they said we have to give you the "used ammo price on new boxes of ammunition. 1/2 price of what I paid less than 24 hours prior. This is poor customer service. This is a product that could be the difference between life and death in a situation. 1st time customer. Last time customer. I would avoid this store at all costs. It could cost you more than just 1/2 your money back. It could cost your life.
