The worker-Melissa, whom I see others rave about, was very dismissive and point blank told me she could not help me. When I asked for clarification; it became apparent she could -she just wouldn't help me as I had not purchased the phone from her AKA She did not get commission on the sale so she was choosing not to assist me. I get it, I have worked in sales and commissions are great; but you are a salaried or hourly employee not a commission only based worker and you were the only employee in the store! You are PAID to wait on a customers current and new or future AT &T customers; you however only care about making sales and $$$. There was not another soul in the store; she just flat out refused to provide any customer service or assistance, got off her stool and walked to the back of the store and on her way said you can leave now!!! I should point out, when I told her I was in a month ago and would of purchased the phone at that time; however she was pushy and trying to upsell me options and a plan I didn't want nor need; and I didn't appreciate that, so I research the phone I wanted and purchased on the AT&T website. I am ALLOWED to purchase my phone any way I want; and when I come into the AT&T retail store I expect the same customer service and respect regardless of if you made $$$ commission off of me or not. Bottom line: I am sure is she saccharin sweet when she sees $$$$ to be made off of you; but otherwise she has no interest in helping you because you are of no $$$ value to her. POOR EXCUSE FOR AN EMPOYLEE!!!

We waited about 15 minutes. Thomas was amazing! He was pleasant to work with and extremely helpful, making us feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. I told him exactly what we wanted, and he didn't push us to change our plan or upsell us on accessories. We got three phones and were in and out in less than an hour. A 5-star experience!

Went back in they said oops too late you can't return it. The rep acted like I was trying to be slick and getting a new watch! He was like "it's used you can't switch it". Now I'm stuck with the most expensive watch that I never wanted and I can't exchange it! I can't even sell it as I owe more than it's worth. Don't go to this location. They give Verizon a bad rap.
