They arrived very late From the scheduled time and left before completing tasks to go to another job-- resulting in multiple days of little or no work but charges for entrance to our neighborhood. The bill submitted was exorbitant - not only my own opinion but also that of professionals in home construction. Despite the high bill, 2 of the items allegedly completed by this company did not work. We completed one by ourselves (non-tech people) in 7 minutes. I have never written a review where I did not recommend the vendor, but in this case, potential clients should be aware of this experience when deciding whether to hire this company.

Since then (2 years ago), we have had Tony stop by for some adjustments to camera angles and other minor issues. Always professional and affordable. Long story but let's just say there was immediate need to get in the house!!! (No, it's not what you think). Called Seth Green, the owner who said he could be there within 45 minutes. And he was! He started his magic right away and resolved the issue by drilling out a lock, replacing with a new cylinder keyed to existing key, and cleaned up the mess. It was a pleasure to talk with him as he worked. Such a nice, honest, and fair guy! For an emergency call on a Sunday I was expecting a very high price. I was shocked how reasonable he was. As he mentioned, it's his business, been doing it for a while, and likes to treat people fairly. I think he does just that. His card is in my stack of preferred vendors. Dangerous for the sales rep to be a stranger to the residence and be spying on the inside of the home. I am not interested in anything past 8pm. I am going to assume hostile intent for someone I do not know to be looking into my home that late at night after no one answers the door after two doorbells. 3) When you confront them and ask them to leave, they carry on with their sales pitch as if you said you were interested. After repeatedly telling them to get out of here, he approached the threshold. Unprofessional. Sketchy. Dangerous. This is in no way against the quality of the products, company, or services they provide. Simply raising awareness of the door to door sales people they have are terrible!

This required working in the attic in July. I called several companies in Savannah that told me either they did not do that service, or since the appointment had to be very early for the safety of their workers, their soonest availability was too far off than I hoped. Joyner was able to come out sooner than everyone else could and they worked with my schedule to arrange a 6 AM appointment. They were very good about asking me questions so they knew exactly what I needed. They even asked what color my wall plate was so the others would match. The workers were on time, friendly, and very efficient. They said the cable company might have to come out, but then they worked their magic so I was fully hooked up for cable and internet before they left. This was on the morning of my moving day and made my life a whole lot easier, so I was very happy and grateful. I feel like they went out of their way to help me, but I think they are just that great by default. They did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations and I will certainly call them next time I need their services.
