I entrusted my cellphone to her and she informed me when the service would be completed. IT WAS COMPLETED IN THAT TIME PERIOD! Blaney saw me parked out front in my car and even walked out to let me know the cellphone service was complete. MY DEVICE IS NOW THOROUGHLY HEALED OF THE UGLIES. Blaney, knowing I'm an older woman and that I drove from out of town, gave me specific directions to get back on the interstate. She's the best!!! Thank you, Blaney.

I purchased two Samsung Galaxy S24 FE phones--one for myself and one for my father. I paid around $120, which included taxes and a $29 Assist/Activation fee to get the phones set up in-store. After almost a month, I wasn't satisfied with Verizon's service. So today, I returned to cancel the account and return both phones. That's when the nonsense started. They charged me a $50 restocking fee for EACH phone--totaling $100 just to return them. On top of that, they told me I owed another $9 for the Assist/Activation fee, even though I already paid that when I first signed up. Why am I being charged a second time for a non-refundable service I didn't even use again? The policies were never explained clearly, and the staff offered no reasonable explanation for these extra charges. This whole experience felt shady, frustrating, and like they were just squeezing more money out of me on the way out the door. I would not recommend doing business with this store. If you're thinking about getting Verizon service, go to a corporate location--not an authorized retailer like TCC.

We all have our flaws, mine a loyalty to a battle-tested iPhone XR. Albeit a new location, this guy has been saving technological hides for years. It took us no longer than that time to get there, in which time the owner had left to "run an errand." Again, unprofessional, blatantly rude, and obviously someone who isn't looking for the business.
