Terrible customer service. Do not return phone calls and not very knowledgeable about phone features.

I would like to give the staff at this store l aower rating but I don't know how! The worst…read morecustomer service EVER. They don't have a proper grip on the companies processes and how they work. They are on there personal phones with family calls while dealing with clients. They shout at customers, name calling even, when the can't communicate clearly. Watched customers walk out. I was told to leave the store when I questioned their knowledge. I was correct in the end and they grudgingly appologized. I don't understand how these people have jobs? Bye the way, the phone works well, I have a learning curve, the network seems excellent!

So I went to Cricket 2 days ago, I got myself the brand new style 06 and got my daughter a new…read moreiPhone 8 plus. We got all the bells and whistles for the phone such as the glass protector. We literally walk out the door and stopped three businesses down at the taco place & my screen protector comes off my phone. No biggie I have the receipt, plus the lady just put it on. I called the store to let them k ow as soon as we are done eating i need to come in and return it get another one put on. She said she has to call the manager and ask for permission to do the return...WHAT...WHAT I JUST BOUGUT IT- I LITERALLY JUST LEFT UR STORE! So I call back when we are done eatting and she tells me he refused to do a return...WHAT! they tell me they're not going to do anything about it. She can't give me a new one, nor can she refund my money even though she put it on 5 minutes prior to it coming off. My mind is blown! After spending over $1,000, & within 10 minutes of purchase, I have my receipt but I can't return it or get it replaced?! How is that even remotely good business? It was either a defective item to begin with OR it wasn't properly applied to the phone. Either way I am now out 40 some-odd dollars. If you're selling these items you should be responsible for common sense type things like they didn't stay on the phone that I've only had LITERALLY for 5 minutes. You know it's not something that I've done it's not anybody's fault really. Maybe it was defective, but I shouldn't be stuck with a defective item that soon after purchasing it. If it was weeks and days and months I get it, don't do the return. that's proper wear and tear. But in this case it literally has been in my possession for 5 minutes!!! But Above All That its absolutely ridiculous how rude the sells associate was & how rude she was because I wanted it fixed or my money back. It just doesn't seem like good business to me you're losing a good customer that spends a lot of money because I have a husband in a teenager that I absolutely love Electronics especially phones they upgrade their phones at least every three to four months so never again will I go there because I want my money's worth on what I spend I spent over $1,000 and you're losing a customer that would definitely be a returning customer over $40. Rant over...........
