I arrived to my scheduled appointment and was checked in by Brandon. He ran my diagnostic then says well we already have 4 screen repairs to do so we can't service you today. I was so confused because i had an appointment so how could they not have time to service me after I drove all the way there. I asked to speak to a manager, then Dylan arrives. He is very rude and condescending towards me the entire time and kept saying "Well we had appointments before you, so it's nothing we can do" He never apologized once. I asked him to call his manager or call apple support to rectify the situation and he refused. He said "he's not going to bother his manager on his off day for this" still never apologized for my inconvenience nor acknowledged I had an appointment. Another manager comes, i believe his name is Ivan and finally admitted that they made a mistake and overbooked themselves. It was the first time in this whole encounter that I received an apology. Dylan is not a good manager and should be fired.

When he came back in, he listened to what we were there for and showed us upstairs to one of the listening rooms. He patiently answered approximately five million questions from my husband and, as luck would have it, what they had on display almost exactly matched what we were looking for. They were able to to get fiddly with the details of what looking at side panel options and determining how the tv mount connects. It was a no brainer to make our purchase from Simply Stereo. The price was excellent and the customer service was top notch.
