After switching, I started having serious connectivity issues--dropped calls, poor signal, and no service in key areas. I called T-Mobile support and a technician confirmed that the problem was due to the lack of T-Mobile towers in my area. In other words, they sold me a service that they knew wouldn't work well where I live. I asked how much it would cost to leave T-Mobile, and I was told I'd have to pay $2,400 to unlock my phones because I would lose the promotions I received when I signed up. Basically, I was told I'd be stuck unless I paid thousands of dollars, even though the poor service wasn't my fault. I then spoke to a supervisor who admitted that the issue wasn't my fault and promised to request that I be allowed to keep my phone promotions so I could switch providers. She gave me a date she'd call me back. I gave her 3 extra days and never heard a word. I called back--three more times--each time talking to a new supervisor who made the same promises, and each one lied and never called me back. Eventually, I reached a manager who said he'd listen to the recorded call with the first supervisor. He confirmed what she promised and told me he would honor it. He said he'd start the process to unlock my phones while keeping the promotional pricing, and that he would note everything in the system so it would be clear to other reps. I was hopeful--finally, someone seemed to care. But it was another lie. When I tried to switch to a new carrier, they told me my phones were still locked. I called T-Mobile again and was told by a supervisor that he couldn't do anything until he also listened to the conversation with the previous manager. I asked to speak to a manager and was refused. I was told a manager would "just say the same thing." That's five broken promises now--four supervisors and a manager, all telling me they'd help, all doing absolutely nothing. Then I was told for the first time that I'd need to write to T-Mobile's corporate office by letter. That's nearly a month into this nightmare, and only now I'm being told that? I asked for the names and employee numbers of everyone I'd spoken to, and was told that info would be emailed to me within 24 hours. Of course, that email never came. The customer service at T-Mobile has been nothing short of horrendous. I have never experienced anything like this with any other company. I was sold a service that doesn't work, promised help over and over, and now I'm stuck with locked phones and an outrageous fee just to escape. If you're considering switching to T-Mobile, don't do it unless you're absolutely sure you have strong service in your area. And even then, be warned--their customer support is dishonest, disorganized, and completely unreliable.

Shay talked to me about what was going on and helped me determine if I wanted to upgrade. They did eventually get my phone working but I opted to upgrade because I didn't want to risk getting home and it not working again and having to make a trip back. I chose the phone I wanted (iPhone 14 pro max) and Beka took care of me from there. After looking at my account they determined I could trade my phone in and t-mobile would cover the rest. In the end I only had to pay $10! This is the best experience I've had with a cell phone provider and Beka and Shay were a huge help. 10/10 recommend. I'll definitely go back if I need help again!

We were informed by the sales associate (very nice and well mannered young lady) that it was a misprint which didn't start until April 1. Being that there was no sign explaining that we asked if she could ask the manager if she would still honor the coupon. The manager hollers across the store at my mom and said, "No I will not honor it. You can come back on April 1" and she also stated that "you cannot get the cosmetic bag unless you buy makeup." I told her that the flyer does not state that makeup is required with the purchase it states spend 14.99 or more and receive a free cosmetic bag. I didn't get the rude manager's name because I walked out the store with an attitude that I will never go back to the Laurinburg, NC store & I will tell my friends not to go there either. We explained to the sales associate that we were not filing a complaint against her store. We explained what happened and she was very understanding and apologize for our issue. I called the corporate office and explained in detail the events that had taken place and how the manager spoke to my mother & myself. The customer service rep said that she would call the store and tell the manager to honor our the coupon. I told her that I was at a different location and she asked for the location that the incident occurred and the location that I was in at the time. She said that she would call another Sally's store and have them to honor the coupon in its entirety. Clarice in the Rockingham store received the call from corporate and honored the coupon. My mom and I were able to get the items that we desired along with the free cosmetic bag without purchasing makeup. I was very satisfied with the customer service we received from other Sally's stores outside of Fresno, however, the staff at this store needs to be talked to about how customer service; especially valued customers that shop in her store all the time. I really feel like it was more discrimination against my mother and I after she saw that we were ** women. She literally yelled across the aisle as she walked towards us. WE WILL NEVER VISIT THE STORE 3610 as long as I have breath in my body. I really pray that some action is taken in this matter. It was not our fault that your coupon read from "NOW UNTIL APRIL 30!"
