Recently had my phone smashed and I got there and someone helped me almost right away. He got me a new iPhone because I had an upgrade available and got $110 for sending in my smashed iPhone. The sales rep really listened to my concerns about money and how I couldn't afford to pay much more than I was paying for my iPhone 8. He really got me a great deal, paying only a few dollars more than I was and I got a great phone in the process. For the customers that wrote bad reviews, you obviously don't understand sales. This is their job. If you don't like it, then just buy your own stuff online and skip the store. If you don't understand how to say "No" to certain things, that's on you. I've been asked to upgrade this and that and do this and buy this screen and blah blah blah but if you know your budget, say no. This is their job. They don't get mad if you don't get the stuff they are trying to sell you. They have several locations, including one in the Eastfield Mall (closer to my home), but since we were looking at rings at Holyoke Mall, we stopped in. The store is very clean, well laid out, with plenty of selection. I felt their wedding bands and engagement rings had a much heartier representation than other businesses I'd seen. There were plenty of staff members around to help, and the gentleman who assisted us (wish I could remember his name!) was very polite, patient, and not at all pushy. We sorted through display after display, and all the while, he was very attentive to what I liked and didn't like, and what would compliment my engagement ring best (an heirloom from Jamie's family). He suggested he have my ring cleaned while we looked, a service much appreciated but not always offered. It was the full-on ultrasonic cleaning, not just with a polishing cloth, and my ring sparkled! We did peruse quite a bit of bridal jewelry. They have something to cover all price ranges, from affordable to high-end. He never made us feel like our budget was too modest, or that we couldn't get something stunning for that price. Although I didn't really find anything to my liking, Jamie did spend quite a bit of time talking with him about men's wedding bands; he was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot to think about. While we may not end up getting anything at Hannoush Jewelers, it was a positive experience and I'd consider using them again in the future.
