Had some critters show up and dig large hole against foundation. Couldn't get anyone to come out timely until I called Cridder Ridder. They set the trap and soon we caught ground hog and raccoon. They were promptly removed and trap reset. When all was done they filled hole with concrete and dirt. Their services cost a fair amount, but so do others. I would recommend based on customer service, timeliness and good communication. read more

Had bats, called to remove in the spring for $700. Bats came back the same season. Had multiple visits with them but no action to honor their one year guarantee and wanted to sell us an additional $2200 service. read more

Morgan and Matt were absolute heroes for helping us remove some adorable baby critters from our office's ceiling/attic area, we had no idea what to do and I called multiple animal rescue organizations and none were as caring and happy to help us as Cridder Ridder, they literally came out in less than an hour and had the critters out in no time! Well, they were able to come out pretty quickly after we called (came out Monday after we called on a Friday) but wouldn't work on our house because it's a tile roof. The technician's valuable advice was to get a new, non-tile roof. The squirrel made a hole in the facia, not the roof, so that advice is even more frustrating. Lesson learned to mention the tile roof up front with other animal control companies. read more

I've used and recommended Cridder Ridder in the past. However, this is a "heads-up" for others. Over the weekend our dogs and a strong odor alerted us to a dead animal in the chimney. We called Cridder Ridder on Saturday and described the issue. They sent someone out on Sunday. The tech had a pole with a "grabber" on the end. He looked up the chimney said he didn't have the tools for it, recommended a chimney sweep and was in and out in 10 min - paid for the house call. My disappointment is that the company clearly advertises dealing with the removal of dead animals. This seems like a very common scenario and one that I would expect Cridder Ridder to have been able to handle with the right equipment. Maybe they should have recommended the chimney sweep in the first place to save us 2 house call charges. Update - Cridder Ridder contacted us and came back out for a thorough inspection of both chimney's. They were unable to locate anything but they spent the time to look from the roof and provided recommendations to prevent the issue in the future. I will continue to recommend them based on their follow up. read more

Cridder Ridder is the BEST! Had a family of raccoons living under the deck. When they got into the house it was time to do something about it. This is a great company. Responsive, efficient, and most importantly, effective. They promptly set traps and soon collected a family of six skunks living under the barn. We value their live traps and release approach to wildlife. They stood ready to help close up the entryway for the critters if needed too. What else could you ask for?
