Call in a complaint and code enforcement can inspect the living conditions and force the landlord to make corrects or suffer fines. Other cities with similar registrations always increase fees and have yearly inspections where inspectors are paid several hundred dollars, but never inspect the homes. Hence, the provable corruption.

The fact is, when your state cannot manage a government run agency for the service of the people, it more than likely cannot manage other things which I am in no doubt. These are the core services that every state must manage and Washington is failing at this. It was a good learning opportunity about the importance of saving water and learning about what happens to all the water we waste, etc. I wish I lived in Olympia and was able to trace where the water goes when I flush the toilet. Olivia Studbacker who is Leonard's secretary also does not have any professional outbound phone message stating who reached and when they will be back to return your service request. Staff are not at there post to answer the phone and provide services. Leonard lets staff work remotely in their slippers if they want instead of requiring they show up at the office for him to monitor the public is even recieving professional services from our staff. Oliva had the nerve to tell the upset customer that they were speaking to her with a hostile tone and took no responsibility for her unprofessionalism. When i tried to set a telephone conference to address this poor customer service coming from several of the staff members Oliva refused saying Leonard is very busy. She stated she would call me back by the end of the week after she spoke to Leonard. Olivia never called me back. This is unacceptable behavior from an entitled staff that extorts taxes to pay themselves while having no consequences for poor unprofessional conduct resulting in customers never getting service under Leonard Hernandez management style that serves the staff not the community members.
